Hi! So this is a post just to show my results. There are more or less two months between each pic. I started using Moza's angel skull sub but for the last month and a half (approx.) I just listened to my own subliminal (this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cXq3_3qcxQ) I think the difference is quite noticeable! My double chin has changed a lot and I don't know but I see my whole face different!

On todays episode of being a total fucking idiot, it would appear that I have developed a double chin.
I’ve decided to incorporate jaw muscle exercises and neck exercises into my routine, as I’ve never had much of a developed jawline.
Then, I decided to trim my beard and I discover that I’ve developed what can only be described as the human equivalent of a frog’s vocal sac.
It’s fucking disgusting, like the bottom of my neck is narrower than the top of my neck.
Could this be due to bunk mk677? I know that water retention is a symptom, but is it possible for it to manifest solely in literally my chin?
If I were to discontinue the mk would I be able to lose the frog face?

I’ve recently noticed my neck sagging a bit, which is really depressing me considering I’m only in my mid 20’s. I’ve always been overweight (not obese but I have PCOS and have trouble losing weight and keeping it off), but I’ve never had any sagging or fat in my neck area before.
I’ve been trying to lose weight and lost 7 lbs. recently, but I still have a long way to go before I’m at a “healthy” weight.
My family also has a history of saggy necks and double chins. Even my skinnier family members have this issue with age.
Is this something that is likely to go away with weight loss or should I look into surgical procedures?
I (23F) am very skinny but I still have a double chin. I used to avoid cardio as I don't want to get even skinnier but is this the wrong approach? My goal is just to get lean & healthy.
Sadly, I have a double chin, which I hate with a passion. It makes me look awful in photos and it has hurt my self esteem quite a bit whenever someone takes a photo of me without me noticing.
The thing is, I'm not fat. I'm quite skinny, I do exercise and yoga but the double chin doesn't want to go. There are some factors to a double chin I'm actually guilty of: bad posture and mouth breathing. I work on a laptop all day so obviously my posture isn't really good. I bought a stand for my laptop so I can at least look forward instead of down. I really don't know what to do about mouth breathing. I was actually told by a doctor that I needed to work on it but I don't know what to do about it.
Another thing is that either it's genetic or bad posture runs in the family (probably both). I also have a thyroid problem which obviously doesn't help at all. My doctor has actually told me my thyroid is almost on a normal size, I get checkups often and I always get good results, so I want to think I can turn the situation around a little.
Anything you recommend? I've heard about Gua Sha but I've also seen it doesn't really work very well on the face. Honestly, at this point I wouldn't even mind looking into surgery.
Edit: I've been doing some face massage for the last couple months (not daily). I've seen a little bit of difference but not as I would like.
Hi all, I'm 33, and for the last 10-12 years, I've had a fat face/double chin. I'm almost 5’10, and even when I was 110-115 pounds, this was an issue. My mom and both my sisters have this as well. I think it’s hereditary. I never looked into getting it “fixed” before because getting work done is stigmatized, but my FSA kicks in tomorrow, and it will pay for it. I’m married, so it’s not like I’m doing it for someone else other than me. I’m a slender woman, and I don’t mind a little extra weight, but around my face and chin, I’m getting self-conscious. I tried to lose weight in the past, but I’m thin, and you can’t spot lose weight. I’ve been attempting neck exercises etc., at this point, I’m convinced I just want to know others' experiences.
As the title says...any ideas? I'm working on losing some more weight...I've dropped 2 sizes already in about 6 months. Surgical procedures are not an option, nor it anything invasive as take warfarin and have heart failure...
It's the one part of my face that I detest. Without it, I would actually be somewhat attractive.
I have normal BMI, it’s even on the lower side of normal. Not much of a belly either with average build that leans towards slim. My problem is my chin or jaw, whatever you wanna attribute it to. I’ve had a square-ish face before when I was a bit lighter but now my face is losing definition and starting to be more round. I know targeted fat loss isn’t exactly a sure thing, but I want to know how to get more definition around the jaw and lose my double chin. I’ve seen gadgets that you chew or something and exercises that give me definition but I want to actually hear it from people and not websites that probably have sponsored content. Thanks in advance and any insight or recommendation would be greatly appreciated! 🙂
I am an average-weighted female (23 y/o) and i have a double chin. Although I have a round face, i feel like it could be due to sagging rather than fat if that’s possible? It could also be genetic. Since overall weightloss doesnt seem to be the solution, what else can i do? I prefer not to do facial exercises :/ is there any way to tighten my skin there?
