I do have some personal feelings about this current trend, as that memecoin's sharp decline marked the beginning of the 4 month, 50% crash of the entire market. Lets hope this time is different.\

Iβm one whole month in today, and keeping to daily calorie and colour counts, and this morning I weighed a mere 1.2 pounds less than Day 1. This is my lowest weight in a month - ok, great - but given the many peaks and fluctuations on my (horizontal average) weight log, I suspect that this βlossβ isnβt even statistically significant. I am trying to focus on NSVs but, seriously, Iβm gonna need SOME movement on the scale to give me momentum. Four weeks and nada is pretty frustrating. Even if the -1.2 is real, that rate puts me at my goal weight in 25 months: April 20, 2023. Edit to add: 47F, 5β5β, started at 161.0, current is 159.8, goal is 130 (I was 125 in 2018), daily calories 1200 on Noom.

Three went to CHB, Casey and another demigod Alex went to CJ. When they arrived at CJ it was during the events of Tyrants Tomb and Alex was killed in the battle vs the Emperors. The rest of the UK demigods keep in contact now that communications are back up and are still close friends.
