Country Lane Puns

We were driving down a country lane when all of a sudden my friend says,

'Hey look, there's a washing machine on the road.'

There was indeed a washing machine standing at the edge of the road. As we drove up to it I said,

'I'd better wash out for that.'

He groaned, I laughed.
