A list of puns related to "Bog Down"
What could that be, dear experts?
It starts ok. Gets warm, then bogs down and I can't restart it again. It just cranks the starter. I then let it sit on the battery tender and after some time it will start again only to bog down later.
I just want a little bit of movement on devices taht can handle it.
It sucks. The mod vastly overstepped themselves, hindering the movement of /r/antiwork and made the entire sub seem pathetic. However, flooding this subreddit with complaints about them rather than the original message of what that subreddit was defeats the purpose of both that one and this. If anything there should be one megathread regarding it and no others. Including this one of course.
Disclaimer: This is for comedy, and not actual critique. Because shipping is subjective, And if I were to actually try to critically review the ships as they have been done in the show. There would only be one thing I could say. Also for my sanity, I won't try to do every ship in existence, at least for this part. But if it's popular I will do future parts.
anybody know what could help with it? is it something as simple as replacing spark plugs/wires or is there anything i can try to fix it? iβd assume adjusting the idle-control screw would only affect it sometimes, since the idle is inconsistent. thanks for any help you can offer
I had removed the carb to see why it was leaking which turned out to be cracks in the float bowl oring. Now it's running very sluggish at higher rpms and during fast acceleration, these were non-issues before. Bike was running great. I have no Idea what I did. It's not the mixture screw as the rpms are over the mixture screw range. I don't have a tach but I'm thinking it's bogging down at around 5-6k. I have to shift up to the next gear or else the bike seems like it will stall. The vacuum slide moves freely up and down, not getting caught up. The jets are clear. I have a new OEM cdi box on there, as well as a new fully charged battery. Battery terminal connections are tight.
I have noticed that the bike isn't idling as high when first starting on choke but does need it to start. The engine will also cut off if choke is applied when hot. The bike otherwise idles great with no choke.
If the bike wasn't running as good as it was prior to removing the carb then I would first go up a size on the main jet and/or shim the needle. I'm baffled. I'm also trying to sell the bike so this really is a bummer... was just trying to fix a very minor fuel leak haha.
The bike has: new fuel pump and strainer, new spark plugs, new fuel lines, cleaned injectors.
It also backfires now and then when deccelerating if that makes any difference.
I had to clean a bunch of oil out of the airbox presumably because the bike was overfilled with oil before but I also drained some of that extra oil to get it to the right amount.
When I got the bike there was strangely a piece of felt with 2 holes poked in it that the previous owner has hose-clamped over the intake.
I've only been to a handful of tournaments so far, but so far I've noticed a lot of matches come down to "did he get the multiball" vs. "did he not get the multiball." I feel like this is largely because multiballs generally have a generous ball save and allow you to just flail around for a while and get an inordinate amount of free points.
In addition to being unbalanced, this also tends to cause matches to drag on a lot longer than they need to. Does anyone else feel this way? Have you ever been to a tournament where they turned off ball save for multiballs?
Edit: it was bogging even before the fuel pump replacement
Edit 2: Apparently the plug snapped right at where the ceramic insulator meet the metal part, just changed the plug and it ran fine. Thanks yall
Any other parts I should take a look at? I'm very confused right now, it ran just fine then suddenly after I restarted the engine after ~4 hours stop, it bogged down on WOT
Read the fucking title.
Is your post going to contribute in any meaningful way? - DD, TA, company news, market news, interesting speculation/theories, actual hype. GREAT! Post that shit! I want to see it!
Is your post stupid fluff bullshit? Are you about to post a low effort meme, an old screen shot or tweet, your stupid opinion with no source or facts, or ANOTHER FUCKING $169.69 SCREEN SHOT? Are you a fucking shill? Because that's something shills do - fill a forum up with useless bullshit to detract from actual information and good ideas.
DO NOT FUCKING CONTRIBUTE TO FORUM SLIDING - if you do not know what this is, promptly get your head out of your ass and look it up.
Apes to the moon! πππππππππ
That is all.
EDIT: To the comments - Yes, I still sort by flair and work that filter. My post is for the overall, big picture of this sub and any smoothbrains that may not do that.
Buick Century 2002 w/ 50,000 miles. 3.1L engine
When I accelerate rapidly, it gets to about 30 mph and starts to struggle. Then it revs up to about 50 mph and struggles again. It rides fine in cruise control at 70 mph. But at stop lights and hills, if I don't punch the gas it hums and groans about 30 mph. It jumps a little, but not major jerking.
I also notice lately the gas pump clicks off before the tank is full. I often run the tank to empty, so maybe things are getting clogged up?
It also overheated a couple times (surprise leak in the radiator)
I don't hear any unusual sounds, like clicking, just the engine errrrr... so I hope it's not the catalytic converter.
What should I ask the mechanic to do? Thanks
My unloader valve (Troybilt) has a Allen key adjustment on it. When I tighten (righty righty) it I get higher pressure but my engine bogs really bad when I use the gun and shuts off when I release the trigger.
When I loosen it (lefty loosely) the gun works great and the engine doesnβt bog down but the pressure isnβt really desirable.
I have found an adjustment on it where itβs decent pressure but I just feel like it could be better. Do you think changing out the unloader valve would make a difference? I took it apart and nothing seemed stuck or missing. Just trying to figure out what I should look for.
Please donβt fill the raids with champions and modifiers and heavily lower our health so we get one tapped by everything. I know whatever is planned is already completed in done, but Iβm really crossing fingers and hoping that we donβt get super heavy modifiers to increase the difficulty and hurt the player. In a perfect world we get something more along the lines of more enemies and yellow/orange bars as well as some less punishing modifiers, but if I end up getting blown away by like two goblins, Iβll probably be pretty sad.
Reposted because Iβm an idiot and messed up spelling in the title
