someone woke up a few days and decided it was a fine day to snap the windscreen wiper off the back of my car - no reason for it, just snapped it off and threw it in the gutter.
he did it right under camera surveillance but because there’s no clear shot of his face, insurance wants me to pay the excess ($500) if they’re going to cover the cost of the repair - the repair costs $170.
either it costs me $500 through insurance or it costs me $170 without insurance. i don’t even have a spare $20 at the moment so i don’t know how this ones going to play out 🤷🏻♀️

I have no idea why, but this has been running through my head for a while now. I know it's from a song I used to listen to a lot a few years ago (like maybe five years ago?) but I can't remember the song title, the album or the artist. I think it was kinda breakcore-ish, but I can't remember much more than that.
I find it oddly satisfying when driving, to have the water accumulate on the windscreen until it’s getting difficult to see- then I do a single blade swipe and let it accumulate again. I generally don’t flip the windscreen wipers on any speed setting, I like the manual control so that I can choose how much water builds up on my windscreen as I drive. I’ve no doubt it’s weird and I don’t know if it’s a control thing but yep, never articulated that in anyway before...
So I have a 2005 Vauxhall Astra, just fitted new wipers, (blade and the bit the blade goes into) the drivers side works perfectly, but the passenger side doesn’t, it barely even touches the windscreen!
I’ve noticed that there’s not a lot of pressure being put onto that wiper as it’s lifted off the screen by about 5mm in the middle, also the bit that pops out of the bonnet and rotates the windscreen wiper wobbles back and forth and has ALOT of play in it whereas the drivers side does not have any play in it what so ever!
I’ve seen questions asked in here and I hope it’s ok to ask! I’m just stumped as to what to do, and I’ve checked Google and all everywhere says is to bend the arm down to put more force onto it, which I haven’t tried yet due to the wobble which I can’t find out if it’s normal or not to have play in one wiper and not the other
I just got the Rain FX from the patron and I'm clueless as to how I enable my windscreen wipers. I can't see a thing because of all the rain that's piled up on the windscreen. Any kind person out there that's got a fix?
Not too fast, not too slow, absolutely perfect. No one could judge that driver, just be jealous.
Good day, straight to the question: Is it possible to change the windscreen wiper speed over the obd port?
I have a 2018 pista, and the windscreen wiper speed is just annoying me, yes i know it is nothing really important, i just want to make it slower as the slowest speed is still around 2-3 seconds, which is way too fast for my taste
