Rondo sounds like he’s very aware of how he is looked at in this league and realizes he might not have a job without AD and Bron vouching for him.
The DGG lab team has just gotten an update from the analyst desk that people are still refusing to vaccinate and there is no clear finish line in sight so we are recommending we take action. I was sitting at my computer watching my daily propaganda when I had an epiphany watching an old vegan gains debate, we don't value the lives of animals, but we do value the lives of humans which gave me and the lab team the perfect idea on how to solve the pandemic. The wider public are not enlightened omniliberals yet so do not care about the lives of themselves or those around them nor take the threat seriously, but if something were to be in danger that they did care about they might reconsider.
It is time for the nuclear option I'm recommending a newly constructed covid strain be synthesized that can jump from humans to pets, but not back to humans to prevent more damage done to future omniliberals. Maybe they don't care about themselves or others, but with their puppers in danger they would have no choice but to get vaccinated. The science is already here and can have testing started within a week on strain Sigma, we just need the go ahead from our leader.

Data shows that only 20% of Mexico's population is fully vaccinated. Clearly, there's a need for more vaccines there. I'm hopeful we can hear something about this within the next couple of weeks around WHO approval.

Almost every article on the secret ending mentions needing 70% in the middle gauge on the character menu, which is a problem when most people get stuck on 60%.
The 70% approval rating is not required; I just did it with a 50% approval rating. The key is conversation choices make in the oilfields; I followed This article then spoke to hanako, waited 5 minutes on the rooftop and Johnny spoke up about the solo raid option.
Instructions copy-pasted here for reference:
- Start the side mission Chippin’ In, which can be found at the Afterlife nightclub after some main story missions.
- Complete all the tasks in the mission until you get the part at the end where you talk to Johnny one-on-one.
- Pick the dialogue choice to “Inscribe Johnny’s initials”.
- After Johnny asks what you would write on his real grave, select the choice that says “The Guy who Saved My Life.”
- At the next dialogue choice, select “Na, f*cked that up too.”
- When Johnny asks if it’s too late for a second chance, ask him “what do you want from me?”
- At the next choice, tell Johnny “as last chances go, this is your last.”
- Select “You were a real d*ck in the beginning.”
- Select “When you said you let down your friends.”
- Select “Smasher biz really got to her.”
- Tell Johnny “I’ll call Rogue.”
- Complete the missions Blistering Love.
- Before the final mission, when Johnny asks you to make a choice about how you want to go about the final fight, make no choice and just wait.
- After a few minutes, Johnny will suggest another choice: going on a “suicide run” alone. This will put you into the secret ending mission “Don’t fear the reaper.”
So if you've got a saved game during the Chippin'In quest you can load it, make those choices in the oilfield, take Rogue on a date, then go talk to Hanako to unlock the secret ending.
