I moved here few years ago from Edmonton and Calgary is better in an overwhelming majority of my categories, except for hotpot. Edmonton has like 5 spots thatโs 3x better than what Iโve tried here so far. Iโve been to 1-pot and Chine and they were underwhelming. Maybe Iโm just going to the wrong places. Any recommendations? I like hotpot with fried/bake items available at the restaurant as well. Some of the highlights from yeg - curry squid, steamed/fried buns, dumplings, long doughnut, fried rice, etc alongside absolutely killer hotpot. Help me.
