A list of puns related to "Agricultural land"
Its weird how the mind works. Whilst i follow alot of guys in the PM space, when they call for big moves around the corner, i dont pay any attention, i dont get excited, i know this is a long marathon.
But an astrologer i follow has come out and said gold/silver and agricultural land will be the best investments of 2022. Although he did say agricultural land doesnt necessarily mean the best investment from a monetary point of view but it will give you freedom.
Why do i take note:
Since Aug2019, this guy has never been far off the mark.
He had a video in Aug2019 predicting a pandemic to come out of China in early 2020. He predicted delta/omicron by sayung exactly when these new "waves" would occur.
His prediction in sep on crypto said Oct/nov will be particularly volatile but by 21st nov, the highs will have been in and crypto will see a major downward correction thereafter. (i went short bitcoin future on back of this)
He also correctly predicted alot of natural disasters starting 10th Dec.
For the future, he said march-apr2022 will see some big events. Particularly april and i guess it will have a big impact on markets.
He also said omicron is the beginning of the end and covid should die out/be considerably less by 2023.
Have a site in mind, its in an urban area but still agricultural, is there any info on how you'd go about getting planning?
No idea where to start
I inherited some forest and agricultural lands. I'm an office guy looking to start my own business but I know next to nothing about agriculture or how I could make the best of them.
My question is: what businesses I could start with these?
Hi. Iβm in my mid 20s and want to start an agribusiness. I am eyeing for this agri land in the province. 2M for 1 hectare. Do you know any banks that offer loan for Agricultural Land? Iβm not sure if PAG IBIG does.
I have recently come across this free course from Coursera
https://www.coursera.org/learn/sustainable-agriculture
The course is very informative and useful. Although there are discussions about synthetic fertilizers and the likes, but the amount of academic knowledge that it presents is very useful for people like me, permaculture practitioners with no academic background in agriculture
Hope you enjoy it
I am about to purchase two adjacent lots, titled separately. One is agricultural, second is residential.
Both are priced at 2750 per sqm. I honestly have reservations and I'm hoping you could enlighten me with my questions below:
This is my first time to purchase a land, and for me it's gotten more complicated than I originally thought. I am starting to feel like this isn't going to end well for me but my father who has represented me in all the discussion shows a lot of enthusiasm about this purchase. I asked him not to rush and allow us to do our due diligence but the broker/agent appears to threaten him with words like "the seller is going to sell it to anyone who pays first" - which I think makes him feel
... keep reading on reddit β‘Hi all, Iβm looking at purchasing a house in England, the house is part of an old farm house and comes with around an acre of field attached to the property. Long term goal is to build a couple of buildings on the field (garage, workshop and maybe a granny flat). As I understand it, if this land is designated as βAgriculturalβ itβs harder to get planning permission, you have to change itβs use before you can do anything like what Iβd be looking to do.
How do I find out if the land is designated Agricultural or not? The estate agents donβt seem to think it is and I do have copies of both titles (one for the house and one for the field).
Thanks in advance.
Hello everyone! This is my first post in this forum. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. Before i get into the crux of the post, I want to say real estate is completely foreign to my life experience. I'm a trained photographer and career musician looking to do real estate to further my actual career goals. That being said lets get into it.
Im looking to invest or get financed in any of these categories. Agricultural property being my primary choice, but im open to other ideas also.
Types of Properties
1)vacant land - suitable for development
agricultural land
residential land
My best friend from middle school (been my best friend since 12 years old) is an expirienced horticulturalist/botanist/farmer. He was hired to work on an indoor farm that generated $250K/month, so he is very expirienced.
About me.. I'm an independent contractor currently making $50K- $60K a year. When I completed my taxes, I was 100% honest and they told me using the government car depreciation metric that i lost money. This is 100% NOT TRUE. I own two cars, insurance, pay my bills, travel constantly and never miss rent. I have a very fun life generally speaking. I've gotten caught in a place now that (to my knowledge) im not eligible for government farm loans etc. I absolutely did not cheat or lie on my taxes, but i was assessed using a very inaccurate metric for depreciation.
And please let me request that you be polite when you answer. Im very excited to do this, but I'm also very honest about being in uncharted territory. I have alot of respect for independent entrepreneurship, and I will appreciate any and all advice that will help me further my goals to financial independence. Thank you so much!
PS - my instinct tells me a no W2/no- doc loan will be the best way to go, but i eagerly await your advice, thank you
Is there a possible way I can get help from government for free, using the funds to develop my agricultural land? Or any other cheapest way? Like hidden loaning techniques?
Hello fellow algerians. Can you lighten me on this topic? I have some questions regarding land property management.
When Independence was signed, what happened to the land occupied by the pied noirs? Did it return to their previous owners? Did the state owned it and then sold it? How is industrial agriculture subsidised by the government? Thanks in advance.
If so, I'd really want to know about the steps and the limitations.
Most airports with paved runways & taxiways have large amounts of empty green space. Why can't we grow crops or raise livestock on this land? I'm not sure how big of an issue fumes or noise would be (it's why I'm asking), but runway overshoots and runoffs are very rare. It seems like it would be a very lucrative and efficient use of space. It looks like Los Alamitos Army Airfield did it for a while, and although that airport isn't nearly as busy as one of the big airports like LAX, but I don't see why it can't be done elsewhere.
