Help! (From wisconsin). Just bought this plant for my friend a week or two ago and it is starting to form these crispy spots. Not on all the leafs but a good amount of them. It is also being properly watered :)

Would a Spatha or Leaf-shaped blade be better for both indoor/outdoor settings as a form of protection from attackers using knives, objects and axes?

Okay, so it looks like I’ve successfully propagated a sansevieria. Now, do I leave the “mother” leaf attached to the pup before potting? Will a rhizome eventually separate the pup from the mother in order to form separate root systems? Thanks.

What is this grassy lawn weed? I live in the northeast US. I can't tell if it is creeping bentgrass or nimblewill, but it forms blue-green patches and leaves are finer than surrounding grass.
