Just starting to learn. This is my first attempt at a free form rosebud from a spare chunk of mahogany. The bud about halfway done. The rest will become the stem and maybe a leaf or two.

Why would the leaf in my elephant bush soil prop be dying (second pic)? It was been in soil for about 2 months and I think otherwise looks healthy. I water about every 7 to 10 days until it forms enough roots, is that too often or not enough? Thanks

Would a Spatha or Leaf-shaped blade be better for both indoor/outdoor settings as a form of protection from attackers using knives, objects and axes?
And especially if talking which of these two designs could put an attacker out of the fight as quickly as possible non-lethally or lethally.
Wanted to ask before but more people are familiar with these designs so I will just put it like this. The Xiphos is one example of a 'leaf shaped blade'.

Should Leaf and Eevee be given the Partner Eevee G-Max form?
Since it's been shown that a sync pair can get a new Mega, Giovanni, it's likely that they'll given G-Max to older units. Do you think they should give Leaf a G-Max form with Eevee?

A few months ago, my gf found a beautiful large-form monstera (second pic.) a few blocks away from my apartment. We came back to check it out a couple of weeks later and it was completely destroyed. Someone hacked it to bits. I took a piece of the stem, and now it's pushing out a new leaf!

Mainly a South African native, Aloe suprafoliata, most commonly known as "the book aloe", has more erect opposite leaves in youth, evolving to more laxed positioning similar to the stacked pages of an open book, and finally to the typical rotating, rosetted leaf form in maturity.

People pick four leaf clovers because of the luck they bring. But the genetic error that caused the fourth leaf to form can't propagate because we pluck them. The rarity of the defect makes the clovers we do find doubly rare as a result.

What is this grassy lawn weed? I live in the northeast US. I can't tell if it is creeping bentgrass or nimblewill, but it forms blue-green patches and leaves are finer than surrounding grass. You can see the ligule in the second photo. Leaf tips are pointed, and blades have visible venation.

The Honduran White Bat is one of approximately 22 known species of bats that roost within leaf "tents". They cut the side veins extending out from the midrib of the large leaves causing them to fold down to form a tent - a comfy shelter during the day.
