A list of puns related to "Judgment Of Dismissal"
On this weekβs episode of The Timesβs TV show βThe Weekly,β we looked into lawsuits in multiple states β including Colorado, Massachusttes, New Jersey and Washington β that called into question the reliability of the breath tests used to prosecute drunk drivers. The science behind the tests is generally sound, but human errors and lax oversight have led to some catastrophic mistakes. In Massachusetts and New Jersey alone, more than 30,000 tests that led to convictions have recently been tossed out because the tests were unreliable.
That cuts both ways. Potentially innocent drivers have been punished based on faulty tests. But when large batches of tests are dismissed, it becomes much harder for prosecutors to convict dangerous drivers and keep them off the road. You can read our full investigation here.

UPDATE 12:30pm: Thanks everyone! We're signing off for now but will check back later to catch a few more questions.
βMarch 12, 2020:
The Health and Safety Task Force of the Office of the Superintendent of the Archdiocese of New York will continue to provide you updates as it relates to our schools. Click here for the English version and click here for the Spanish version of todayβs update, which includes:
In the coming days, your principal, under the guidance of their regional superintendent, will announce a 12 pm dismissal. While we understand this may be an inconvenience to our families, this early dismissal serves three purposes:
Principals will be training their faculty using the ArchCare presentation and other resources, which can be found at the ArchCare Presentation Link above. This PowerPoint was created by our own healthcare organization, ArchCare, and is an overall comprehensive guide to COVID-19. They will also review the resources curated by Discovery Education Experience and The Discovery Channel. This collection of lessons and videos provides content regarding the COVID-19 at grade appropriate levels. Task force members from the Office of Teaching and Learning are creating a grade band guide for teachers that identifies the resources most appropriate for the children they teach. Principals and teachers will also use this time to prepare for the possibility of remote learning in the event of an extended closing of their school by creating lessons, developing guidelines, and gathering resources for their Maintenance staff will perform an additional cleaning and sanitization of the building according to CDC.
In order to accommodate working parents, after care programs will not be canceled.β

Has anyone experienced this? Almost every time Iβve disclosed my bp 2 to someone they say something along the lines of, βI get ups and downs too hahaβ, βyou seem fine to meβ, or βare you sure?β
What type of answer is that? Iβm extremely private about my personal life especially mental health so these are close friends who I thought would understand how to respond in a sensitive manner. What do they want - should I do a flip? A song and dance? Dial a psychotic switch on and off like they perceive stereotypical bp to be?
Because itβs not as widely recognised or discussed as anxiety or depression, when I disclose it, people want me to PROVE it. I wasnβt aware weβd gone back to 1942 and I have to carry papers wherever I go. The general response can be boiled down to βIβve seen you manic, but not depressive, therefore Iβve deduced with my psychiatry degree you donβt have bp.β
I would love help with my response/mental process of these remarks because itβs hard to not explode on these people. Thank u lads
