A list of puns related to "Interdental Brush"
I always used to floss once a day and brush twice a day. My dentist said I should also do interdental brushing so I have been giving it a go for past 2 months. I do interdental brushing once daily. I have noticed the gap in my teeth, especially in front teeth (both upper and lower) have gotten bigger. I hate it so much!
I never ever had a gap. At the moment the gap size is of one chia seed size. I am worried the more I do interdental, the bigger the gap will get.
Like I understand that is the best hygiene, but I dont want to be seen with teeth gaps.
Any recommendations?
In terms of dental hygiene - if I brush my teeth twice daily, perhaps I can do flossing twice instead of just once, and twice a year dentist visit. Is this sufficient? I really don't like interdental anymore.
I'm female 33. I have bad genetics plus I haven't been taught oral hygiene until my late teenage years. I've had many cavities as a result. I've been taking really good care of my teeth recently, but I still keep getting cavities and now a second root canal. I suspect I might need a 3rd one, too. I also tend to get bleeding gums and I'm not sure but I think my dentist said I have chronic periodontosis?
I think I have a filling on all my teeth except for the lower front row. (I destroyed my front upper teeth myself by following a very stupid advice for whitening in a girls magazine in my teen years! π). So basically, multiple fillings everywhere.
I wonder what can I do to improve my oral health? I've made an appointment for dental hygiene. Heal periodontosis and minimise the high number of cavities?
I brush my teeth 2x a day and I try my best to use interdental brushes in the last year (on about 75% days?) I use curaprox brushes and elmex anti-caries toothpaste. Today I saw Elmex anti - caries mouthwash, too. I was wondering if it had any effect in my case or is it a waste of money, just like most other mouthwashes?
I began taking vitamin D and calcium supplement.
Im embarrassed about my teeth and want to fix them. I don't want any more root canals.
Thank you.
I don't smoke, don't drink, sugar and sweets only occasionally.
Hi, Iβve been wondering, what size of interdental brush would be suitable for braces?
I mean, Iβve had mine for more than three months, but I didnβt really care about it that muchβ¦ until now. Iβve been looking at size options online. Is 1.2mm-1.5mm good or is it too big? I currently use a 0.6mm size, but I think itβs really small.
Are interdental brushes effective as flossing? I am undergoing orthodontic treatment and flossing is a pain in in the ass. Yet, the picks donβt go between the sides of teeth where they meet like flossing does.
If anyone has any info as to where I can find any of these items please let me know. Iβve checked lulu, carrefour, and some pharmacies. Flossing with braces is nearly impossible for me so if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated. Thank you
Interdental brushes come in different sizes. Even if the gap is wide, is there any benefit to buying a wider brush? Couldn't I just buy a thin brush and use it the same, regardless of the size of the gap between teeth?
Hi all! As per the title, which is best? Also, I went to the dentist for the first time in like 15 years tonight. They did a deep clean and scaling, but felt some slightly loose bottom teeth. No cavities, but Iβm booked for fillings to protect roots, and they recommend a follow up cleaning in March. I also have a bracket on my back bottom teeth let over from braces. Any advice for cleaning around the bracket? Any other advice would be really appreciated!
So I got told to use interdental brushes. They seem pretty good and a lot less hassle than floss. But I have a few questions
Hello people
I think I did something really wrong. I have really sensitive teeth and use interdental brushes quite often. Now the brushes I normally use ran out and I only had some that were a huge size, too large for me in fact. I tried anyway and it was definitely harder to brush, I mustve been too enthusiastic and now the gum of one teeth in the upper left is hurting like hell. It's a stinging pain.
What could I do? Is the explanation I gave reasonable or is it only a coincidence I got pain after I brushed?
Thanks!
Hi all, I am recovering from periodontal disease. 3 months after a scaling/cleaning from a hygienist. Was given small size interdental brushes to clean my pockets between teeth and etc. There was a couple of spots felt a bit big for the small size. So I asked for a medium brush when I last saw my periodontist on Wednesday. He measured my pockets as the same as originally measured 3-3.34mm.
My question is would using a medium brush cause gum recession and then the pockets to grow?
Could using them 2-3 times a do harm also?
Just don't wanna over do the cleaning and make things worse. Cheers.

I've been loving the convenience of the interdental Brush, it feels like it does a better job and I don't have to deal with the string.
But I have a question concerning its reuse. Many videos of dentists say that you can reuse interdental brushes and also show that they use one for all the teeth. While the same dentists also say to use a different part of floss for each tooth, to not spread the bacteria. Wouldn't that be the same for interdental brushes?
So my dental hygienist wants me to start using ID brushes. The problem is I can only use 1 TePe brush per day. The very next day the wire seems so curvy & bent that I can't straighten or use it.
What am I doing wrong ? Because my hygienist told me an interdental brush lasts a week.
Where i can find interdental brushes here??
