Accuracy: 10+/10 Leather and color are similar to what I saw in store. I made a trip to my local Nordstrom and had to touch the bagsβ¦while also wearing my ownβ¦ What a rush!!! I can say that the chain weight, gold hardware tone and leather plush are on par with the auth version. I generally have low expectations for the mid-range bags when they are not auth. (Remember those terrible coach reps back in the day?) So, I was planning to just buy this bag direct from Tory Burch. My intentions are to use this as my smaller everyday work bag. But somehow I keep taking it out to dinner with me! (Everyday flexβ¦it just hits different) I am so happy that I chose to take the cheaper route, left me with extra cash to also purchase the YSL Sunset and a card holder. Quality: 10/10 Leather is soft with lots of yummy squish! Stiches are neat and tight. The chain has considerable weight to it. It makes that delicious clanky sound. No chemical smells. Bag had a very rich leather smell to it. I initially could not believe that rep Tory Burch bags would be of such great quality, but I stumbled across a few reviews and just had to give it a try. I am convinced this bag has to be grey market. It did not ship with a Tory Burch box, but it was shipped in a plain brown box and padded very well with foam and tissue. Complete with a Tory Burch shopping bag and Tory Burch tissue paper. (This makes an awesome gift presentation)
**Satisfaction: 8/10 I would otherwise say perfect 10, but we had some issue with me receiving the wrong bag color with an abnormally short chain strap. These could indicate quality control differences between batches or colors. I
