A list of puns related to "Commission Plan"
Looks like the old Sundance (now AMC) will close as they redevelop that end of the shopping center with more retail, residential, and a hotel.

In the online portal I see that switching to Magenta Max from my current plan, my monthly bill stays pretty much the same. I was planning on doing it on line but was wondering do store employees get commission if I go in and do it through them? I figure I will make the trip if so.

Title says it call, commission is paid but only after X percentage of quota is met, then once that minimum quota is met by the sales person... then they would get back pay for the commission once that threshold is met... brand new requirement for 2022.....feedback??? These are AES, highly niche consulting company... I wanted to get at large feedback as want to ensure my feedback isnβt off the charts ....
Evergrande's founder and CEO claimed the developer - which is $300 billion in debt - has restarted work on 92% of its stalled apartment projects. Meanwhile, the lawsuits are piling up from all the realtors, vendors, contractors, and employees who got stiffed when Evergrande stopped paying its bills. The ripple effect is just starting.
Hong Kongβs biggest property sales agency plans to take further legal action against a subsidiary of China Evergrande Group to recoup βunpaid commissionβ from theΒ troubled developer.
Centaline Property Agency said it will apply through the courts to chase HK$113 million (US$14.5 million) it claims it is owed by Evergrandeβs Hong Kong unit.
The fees applied to 520 units of the Emerald Bay residential project in Tuen Mun accrued by more than 560 agents, Centaline said in an emailed statement on Wednesday.
Weβve seen a lot of support for the proposed changes to Madisonβs ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units) rules in some previous posts on this sub and thought you guys might like some info on how to show your support. If you donβt already know, the mayor and several alders have proposed [legislation]( https://www.cityofmadison.com/news/mayor-and-alders-propose-to-ease-permit-approvals-for-accessory-dwelling-units) to make it easier to build accessory dwelling units on owner-occupied properties. Madison needs 10,000 new units in the next 5 years to keep up with growth, and ADUs are a step towards that goal with minimal downsides. The plan commission said at their last meeting that they donβt see a negative impact on neighborhoods or a notable effect on parking when residents build ADUs. However, this wonβt stop opponents of new housing from using parking as an excuse to stop ADUs.
The Plan Commission will be hearing public comment on this issue at their next meeting (Monday 11/22 at 5:30pm). Submit your comments by emailing pccomments@cityofmadison.com and/or register your support at https://www.cityofmadison.com/city-hall/committees/meeting-schedule/register. Choose the Plan Commission meeting on 11/22 and agenda item 1. Madisonβs website wonβt list the agenda item until later this week, but you can send the email right now.
You can also voice support by emailing your alder ahead of the final vote at the Common Council meeting on Tuesday, December 7 at 6:30pm.
