This took place when child-me went out-of-state to visit my grandparents for a couple weeks. One day, my grandparents left me in a buffet at a casino, and I got really scared after 30 minutes when one of them told me that they’d be back and never actually did. After being calmed down by my sister (on the phone), I talked to a waitress about what happened, and I think a security guard came to my table and phoned the grandparents. My grandparents quickly came back and immediately drove me back to their home. They didn’t seem too happy being phoned by the security.
On the drive home, I had the strong urge to pee. There weren't any restrooms in sight at the buffet, and there sure as hell weren’t any on the highway. So, after a lot of thought and consideration (and a lot of holding and clutching), I decided to wet myself. I didn’t realize how much I needed to wee until after it came out. I think it went all over the seats and whatnot. Thank god the A/C was on, otherwise it’d probably would stink to high hell. Best pee of my life.
For me, Warren Buffets' backing of BYD to sell more electric cars in March than Nio and Xpeng delivered is welcomed competition. Arguably this is great for NIO since it reaffirms that China's EV industry remains a sound investment given its vast growth potential. Furthermore, BYDs EV growth is going to grow the EV market even more. If expanding the EV market was unimportant, I don't think that Elon Musk would have open-sourced Tesla patients to achieve that goal.
Checked with passenger on next seat, she agreed that's what the announcement said. Speculated that it might be something to do with WeightWatchers. Only after 3rd repetition of the announcement realised it was closing "due to overheating" in a manc accent.
It’s been just over 3 years since we’ve moved to an 60 year abandoned homestead and just in the last month the birds have figured out the free food on our vehicles. Each day more and more come and we have seen a variety of lovely birds sample the free bugs! Kind of neat!
Wondering if this BYD/Toyota partnership is for BYD FCVs or Toyota BEVs. I believe BYD only builds larger FCVs right now.

Why is it that good left in a hot car will spoil but food kept hot at a buffet or party is ok?
EDIT: im talking about food that was already cooked. I went to the store with my mom, we had lunch before, and she had an extra taco that we ended up throwing away because we forgot it in the car.

You know that noise/sensation you hear when someone puts one window down at higher speeds and it’s like a pulsating feeling in your ear? Well my cars doing that but while I’m just sitting there idling. I just got in my car, put my front windows down, and that’s when I heard and felt that obnoxious thumping in my ear. I’m parked. There’s not even any wind. So can anyone tell me why my car is doing this?
