A list of puns related to "Wenger"
βMikel has a huge influence even when he is not playing,β Wenger said. βHe is super conscientious, and every morning two hours before training he prepares and that is absolutely right.
βJust through his behaviour, his focus on getting everything right in the team, he has a huge influence. He has great experience and is respected throughout the squad.
βI really hope Mikel considers going into coaching. When you manage, you want to see your players continue and see them give their experience and knowledge back.
βYou want them to give their expertise of the way we want to play football and the way we want to behave. It would be great if someone like Mikel went into management, so somewhere the spirit of our game can survive through the players who have played for us"
I'm not gonna lie, I'm in complete shock of those praises coming from Wenger considering Arteta was 33 at that time. That's actually unbelievable. Another reason why Pep's words aren't just word of mouth.
Title pretty much. Also I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I found nothing when I tried googling. So why didn't they change their name to Artetal yet? Is there something like a vetting period for the new coach before they go ahead with a name change?
Sorry if this is all common knowledge among y'all haha. I'm a brand new Gooner (because I hate their arch-rivals, the Spurs).
Honestly, this is probably the most insightful person I've talked to in my history of organising AMAs for this sub. Their knowledge when it comes to naked shorting, the system in general is amazing - because theyβre on the ground floor detecting it.
Let me start off with a quote from the interview regarding cash account lending:
>Wes: As you know and I know, one of the main reasons reported short interest does not equal the real short interest is because the brokers in an attempt to circumvent Regulation SHO marked their trading tickets long. Trading tickets say short, long, exempt - so if you mark it long it does not go into your reported short interest right?
>David: You have it. And if theyβre borrowing shares from cash accounts, which is another trick, that you have uncovered (Wes). Iβm not making accusations here, you uncovered this - we have together uncovered this.
>Wes: No question.
If you want anecdata evidence of cash account lending, there it is. DRS is the way.
Iβm dropping an interview here between Wes Christian and someone you may or may not have heard of called David Wenger. Theyβve worked together for a long time and I low-key view this as a βbromanceβ type scenario when it comes to the three musketeers, including Dave (among many others) who know each other and actively fight the ill-structured market.
Note, this might come off as an βadvertβ in some small respect, but look past that as the utility value of the knowledge we can acquire is great.
Sharepoint link here for the interview (Iβve got Davidβs permission to share this link on our sub - let's see if SharePoint can hold up against the volume π )
I was previously talking to David to set up an AMA months ago, which fell off the books due to life. So itβs great we have access to this interview here as it does have some interesting
... keep reading on reddit β‘Speaking ahead of his side's home match against Newcastle in the Premier League on Saturday, Arteta said: "I spoke to him when we went to see the film (Arsene Wenger: Invincible). It was incredibly pleasant to see him and to chat to him.
Asked about the role Wenger could take on at the club, Arteta replied: "I cannot tell you now, but what I can say is that I would like him to be much closer personally to me because I think he will be a great help.
"I think he will be a great help for the club. Things take time and I think he has to dictate those timings, but what I can say is that from my side and I think it on behalf of everybody, we would be delighted to have him much closer."

Not necessarily saying he will become the best manager in PL history, but does he enter that discussion with the greats?
