Is Denosumab ever indicated as first line therapy? If not, when would a patient need to be switched to it from Bisphosphonates?
Whats a opinion of giving bisphosphonates with systematic mastocytosis and about a year after dental implants ??? Any opinions?

A PhD student invented this stuff 5 years ago now. How hard would it be for anyone to make it? Or why isn’t a Chinese pharma making a generic rip off already?
Not that I don’t want the inventor to profit from the idea. I just want this tattoo removal cream ASAP. Don’t we all?
Having read the patent for this product (link below). It has successfully removed tattoos on pigs and rats in lab testing. However it still remains in pre-clinical trials. It has not yet been tested on human volunteers. How long will the FDA and regulations process take?

Its so fustrating that this actually exists but we cannot use it yet.
My institution is looking at the idea to remove bisphosphonates used for osteoporosis from the hospital formulary under the rationale that they have a slow onset of action, long terminal elimination half life, and they're expensive. The idea is that patient's should be able to bring their own med from home if they'd like to take it but we won't be providing it to them in-house. This won't affect bisphosphonates used for hypercalcemia of malignancy.
Has anyone seen similar efforts at their institution?
