A list of puns related to "The Bfg"
These apply to pretty much every Doom game. If your confused by the poll options, here are the translations:
Get-out-of-jail-free card = if Iβm swarmed with enemies I use the BFG
Room clearer = if there are a bunch of enemies regardless if Iβm surrounded or not I use it
If there is ammo, I use it = self explanatory
Big Forgettable Gun = I never use it
Unmayker = Unmayker
One of the things I see people here complain about a lot or making a big deal about is buying weapons early. I don't see the issue here, if someone wants to buy and use a weapon early then so what? I've bought plenty of weapons early because I didn't want to have to play until I was like rank 150. Who cares if people buy a gun early just let people do what they want.
So I recently got the RT-2500 BFG and I've done a few cooks on it now including ribs, a brisket, steaks, burgers, and about 20 pounds of beef jerky and while everything as turned out well and in terms of holding temp and getting good results out of it I am pretty pleased with it the one thing that's not meeting my expectations is the amount of smoke and smoke flavor. The brisket in particular which was left unwrapped at the lowest setting for 8 hours only barely had any smoke ring at all and despite tasting amazing and being every bit as juicy and tender as I wanted to be, it did not have much smokey flavor at all and the vissible smoke ring was less than 1/8 of an inch at it's thickest part and the side that was on top had no visible smoke ring at all. Same story with the ribs which were cooked unwrapped for 3 1/2 hours.
The steaks and burgers were at a high temp so I didn't expect much smoke on those.
I am not sure if there is some configuration I am missing that will increase the smoke produced like there is on some Traeger models that have an actual "smoke" setting or if it is the particular blend of wood pellets I am using or if some other prep work like soaking the pellets (which I've generally heard you should not do so I haven't) would improve the amount smoke being produced. Or is there just like an initial break in period where it isn't going to produce much smoke for the first hundred or so pounds of pellets? I just ordered the 200 lbs of the Rec Teq brand wood pellet blend that is white oak, red oak, and hickory and have been using those for now. Any tips would be appreciated.

I need advices to use it better
So me and my friends are slowly expanding our knowledge of combat to the point we may be adding vehicles, BA and other things.
I'm particularly interested in grabbing artillery note I have not looked entirely through the Total Warfare book but from what I know the long tom is a beast of a cannon and there is a mobile platform that carries it. I am also aware there is also a peice called a Thumper and a Sniper.
So I want to know, are the other artillery peices better/worth it? And if so are there any weapons platforms that you'd recommend involving them?
I just think its under rated feel free to disagree in the comments
Comparatively, snipers already take the most skill in this game. So many games have a one shot sniper and its kinda fair since they all have slow firerates. Unlike the aa12 which can one tap at close ranges and even works like a rifle at mid range. ( I have 5k kills on it i know what im saying)
