Range Pole Puns

Could any of you tell how you've managed to attach an iPad to a range pole? Our new software is doing away with our Trimble handhelds. Thanks in advance

Im so fucking sick and tired of this game.

I cant even use the characters i want without slamming my head against the wall saying "how the fuck did that happen? What the fuck is that? How did that not fucking reach? Youve gotta be fucking kidding me. How am i getting outranged?"

Cause im not using warden or warden 2.0

God forbid someone other than a knight is good for once. Fuck all of ya that bitched for raider nerfs. He was no better than warden or zerk and took more mindgames to play than either of them. Now he is worse than he was before the buff all cause you fuckheads couldent learn to block top and found bitching about it was easier.

Fuck this game and fuck these dumbass devs, they couldent balance a fighting game if fucking harada himself came down and told them how to do it.

like in the title... feel free to ignore that the piscies has to fit inside the carrack.

Feats are obvious.

• Polearm Master: > While wielding a glaive, halberd, pike, or quarterstaff, other creatures provoke an opportunity attack from you when they enter your reach.

• Sentinel: > *Whenever you hit a creature with an opportunity attack, its speed drops to 0 for the rest of the turn. This stops any movement they may have been taking. > *Creatures within your reach provoke opportunity attacks even if they took the Disengage action. > * When a creature within your reach makes an attack against a target other than you (and that target doesn't have this feat), you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against the attacking creature.

• Mage Slayer: > * When a creature within reach you can take opportunity attacks casts a spell, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against that creature. > * When you damage a creature that is concentrating on a spell, they have disadvantage on the saving throw it makes to maintain concentration. > * You have advantage on saving against spells cast by creatures with your reach.

Combined with the bugbear

• Long Limbed > When you make a melee attack on your turn, your reach for it is 5 feet greater than normal.

I feel this combination is super powerful, potentially keeping many creatures literally at arms length.

Fighter battle master's Lunging Attack extends range by 5ft again, and Pushing Attack moving enemies around by 15ft also seems powerful with this.

I also really like the idea of a 3 lvl warlock dip for darkness and devils sight, as darkness is a 15ft radius sphere. having the ability to hit anything in that sphere with advantage seems crazy powerful.

Thoughts? what classes may be better to take advantage of this combination of skills and feats.

I have built a character that wields a two-handed bastard sword (heavy weapon). I have taken two-handed finesse (novice) and pole-arm mastery (novice).

My GM and I are at odds about the engagement distance of this combination.

I think I can engage enemies at a long weapon distance (2 squares in our campaign) but my GM thinks that's physically not possible as the sword is not as big as a spear.

I look at it like a fighting style that makes a heavy weapon cover a larger distance (equivalent to a long weapon) and create a defensive circle that can be used for attack and defense.

Can someone help us interpret this situation.
