Coronavirus: Deaconess asks public to sew CDC-compliant face masks for staff

EVANSVILLE, Ind. β Citing shortages, Deaconess Health System, including Henderson's Methodist Health, has asked the public to sew face masks for staff fighting coronavirus.
"This does follow CDC protocols that you can find on their website that if all other supplies are not available, that handmade masks that meet certain criteria are acceptable," Deaconess spokeswoman Becca Scott said.
The release with the video, pattern and instructions was posted to the Deaconess Facebook page Thursday morning and is available at www.deaconess.com/masks. A PDF of the pattern is available here and embedded at the bottom of this article.
Deaconess has "a sample video" about how to make the masks, which Scott said will be sterilized when they come in.
"This is not outside CDC guidelines if other supplies are exhausted. And so we want to have these coming in," Scott said.
Shortages of specialized masks moved federal health officials this month to liberalize their recommendations about which face protection front line health-care workers should use to ward off the highly contagious disease stemming from coronavirus.

Firstly I will say I normally play loyalist forces and knew very little about Perturabo before reading the book. What little I had read of him was mostly on Reddit and generally positive. It got me interested and curious to know more about Perturabo, and I just so happened to have his book from a Humble Bundle awhile back. I had also read a short story, (The Iron Within) that made me really respect and interested in the Iron Warriors.
So to begin I have to say I really enjoyed the way the book began and the character of a young Perturabo. The fact he always knew his name is an interesting one as there was a previous discussion on the true names of the demon Primarchs and if they could be used to banish them. His innate knowledge and ability to perform tasks beyond him due to build in information really gives us a glimpse into how Primarchs were created and made as tools. I also quite liked the description of Olympia and the siege/wall-build mentality that would become a defining aspect of Perturabo. His relationship with his adopted father is also great as we see he always felt different and knew he had a greater family, been created as opposed to naturally born and craved to know his true 'father'.
All of this really intrigued me and made me really like the Primarch. He didn't have some awful childhood like most of the traitor Primarchs had, had pretty much conquered his world and had created a 'peaceful' rule with people who loved him (or at least tried to). I was really interested to see how he would fall to chaos and to see how he would be different from the other traitor brothers.
We jump forward many years to the Iron Warriors fighting the Hrud and we have a very different Perturabo. One that slowly disappointed me and made me uninterested in the character.
As an aside the whole war and description of the Hruds and fighting them was amazing and I loved it, but that a discussion for another time.
But we now have a Perturabo who is still as petulant and childlike as he was when he was younger, in some ways even more so as he had a level of assuredness and confidence when he was young he seems to be lacking now. I understand he is frustrated and losing a lot of his men, but had he never heard of other engagements like the Rangdan Xenocides? Other legions had similar battles where mass losses were necessary to rid the Galaxy of a threat. As per the title, and the NSP video that I saw this news (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYBJZCRzLPc). Hadi is now not allowed to compete in pretty much any show that matters thanks to the ridiculous childish orange idiot.
I must say, I'm pretty damn disappointed with this. I was looking forward to seeing what he was gonna bring this year, and especially the Olympia....
