I've decided to dabble in MouseHunt again after 9 years. I've just managed to rebuild the Cartographer (skipped Charm Shoppe using King's Credits), and am wondering 1) what's the next area/quest to tackle, and 2) what should I get from Ronza?

I've got ~5M gold, 131M points, and the following traps by type:

Arcane: ACRONYM

Draconic: Ice Maiden

Forgotten: Ancient Box Trap

Hydro: Steam Laser Mk. III

Law: none

Physical: Chrome Rhinobot

Rift: none

Shadow: Gorgon Trap

Tactical: Zugzwang's First Move

Hi all, i just finished Fiery Warpath for the 3rd time and am now embarking on Muridae Market. I was wondering if using sphynx wrath here is a good idea or not as my catch rate is not very good. Or should i farm up to 100m points first and use my Chrome monstrobot to rekt this area? (i am at 90m points currently and have all resources needed to craft CMB. some advice would be great <3

Edit : Sphynx Wrath is actually decent here. But be prepared to camp here for at least 2 weeks

I'm a Count (53%) with 193mil points and 3.6mil gold. I have completed Muridae Market. I have all of the new Ronza traps and Sphynx Wrath/OWN.

Is it better to skip POT and grind it out in the Sunken City? Stick to Living Garden? Skip to GRfit for Living Base? What's fastest/best? I also feel like I don't have enough gold to get all the upcoming traps/bases.

Introduction : The Marching Flame left this Market town in ruins! In this area, repairing the various shops from the construction material loots will grant you rewards claimable from the HUDs, as well as access to them. There are a total of 5 shops that you can rebuild here : The Cheese Shoppe, General Store, Trapsmith, Charm Shoppe, and most importantly, the Cartographer.

The Cartographer of the Muridae Market provides the map pieces to the following regions : Fungal Caverns (and hence the Labyrinths and Zokor districts), Living Gardens (and hence the entirety of the Rift) and finally, the Sunken City. It is literally the last area that hunters must complete before diverging into focusing in a Rift-endgame or a Zokor-endgame, if they so choose to.

• Rebuild the Cheese Shoppe
• Rebuild the General Store
• Rebuild the Trapsmith
• Rebuild the Charm Shoppe
• Purchase Artisan Charm from the rebuilt Charm Shoppe to lure mice that drop Papyrus
• Rebuild the Cartographer

#Understanding the Area

The area is full of mice weak to Physical, Tactical, and Law traps, so most traps that you have been using up to this point will suffice for this area. The mice generally aren't very punishing, but not too forgiving either. The bright side is that mice in this area will not pillage gold, with the exception of the Market Thief mouse. So rebuilding the Muridae Market will also grant you some gold in the process. The area loot comes by naturally and frequently enough, so the using of SB+ for a(n) Desert Architect(s) is not absolutely necessary for your progress, but could be done if you so wish to. Mice will mostly drop Coconut Timber, Limestone Brick, and Shard of Glass which are required to rebuild the shops. One of the rebuilding materials, the Molten Glass, is only available when the General Store is completed, for you to purchase with Shards of Glass. The Molten Glass is also needed to purchase the Sunken Souvenir, required to enter the **Sunken Cit

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

It was about a weak back.

As a general rule, I enjoy understanding the things that people say to me. Therefore I wasted used some of my spare time over the last week or so to see if I could translate what some of the characters are saying. Unfortunately, I don't speak a lick of Japanese, so this required some finagling with a bunch of different machine translation software and a few dictionaries. Here is the result.

Disclaimer: There's less than a 1% chance that this is all entirely correct. If there's an error, forgive me. I did this for fun. However, I think it's probably as accurate as it could be, and enough to understand most of what's being said.

Update: A number of much better-learned people have informed me that this is all pretty much correct, and they've offered corrections on things that weren't. So yes, this post gives a decent translation of the voice clips. Enjoy!
