A list of puns related to "Maritime Climate"
Most seem to be either hot with high rainfall, or mild/cool and arid.
Hi there, I have a question on olives.
I live in Coos Bay, Oregon, zone 9a, and would like to grow olives for eating. I'm wondering if anyone knows a good cultivar for my climate. While I'm sure frost damage won't be an issue, I'm worried about the tree getting enough heat in the summer. Our high temperature is an average of 67F in the summer, maybe a few days around 80F. In Europe, our climate is most similar to Brittany.
And yes, I know preparing olives is a lengthy process but I love fermentation and find it interesting.
Thanks in advance for any insight!

What I mean is why isn't it classified as a Subtropical Highlands climate?
