Why is Alek Manoah not in the consideration for rookie of the year?
I don't watch much baseball outside of the AL East and NL West but from what I've seen this year, Manoah has been more impressive than both Franco and Arozarena. He's 9-2, Jays are 17-4 in games he started, he has a better ERA than Gerrit Cole and Cole was cheating for half of the year. He has to at least be in the conversation right?
