I'm currently on a simple GenderCare timeline, I've had my gender dysphoria diagnosis and report from Dr. Bhatia since December, and I've currently booked an appointment (back in January) with Dr. Peter Hammond to start HRT at the end of July. However, since then I see that people keep mentioning someone called Dr King Sun Leong, who has presumably a much shorter waiting time. Since I haven't paid any fee for Dr Peter Hammond yet, is it a good idea for me to switch endocrinologists?
Is Dr Leong just as good as Dr Hammond? I want to do patches and GnRH agonists from the start, will he be flexible enough to allow me to do this? Will he also be flexible about dosages? I heard a lot of good things about Dr Hammond, and I want to know if Dr Leong is just as good.

Does anyone know how easy it is for people seeing Dr King Sun Leong (Gendercare) privately for HRT to enter in a shared care agreement with their GP?
Would it be easier to convince my GP to do shared care if I am being treated by a more well-known/established endo like Dr Coxon/Hammond?
