Unfortunately my mother's body cannot process calcium well and she will have to do an operation to remedy that, her diet has been completely messed up since she ate a lot of nuts, yogurts and other calcium rich products. Id like to give her alternatives (or at least help her find them) but its hard to find concrete answers when all food sites focus on an abundance of calcium rather than the lack of it in the recipes they present. So, if you have decent alternatives or have had to live with a similar problem i would like your input so that i can help her. Thanks in advance!

Because the image is so near the UV region of the solar spectrum some people cannot see the image but it can be imaged with a camera.
