Iβm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a beigel recipe which leads to results similar to the Brick Lane Beigel Bake in East London?
The recipe I currently use makes use of a sourdough starter. I get nice results - not brick lane style, but still very nice - but Iβd like to move away from this recipe. I find it difficult to maintain a sourdough starter, and I have plenty of access to bakersβ yeast.
Obviously there are lots of beigel recipes out the online, but Iβd really like one which comes close to Brick Laneβs beigels - theyβre my familyβs favourite and I want to make some for my dad this weekend.

There's at least 20 negative reviews on there saying that the staff were so rude to them from people who don't seem to understand that maybe the staff don't appreciate you standing in their tiny, crowded restaurant for ages trying to decide what you're going to have.
You look at the menu through the window to decide what you want, you go in, you order, and you leave with a bagel. It should take about 2 minutes overall.
I have the option of taking either Beigel or Bonenberger for ENES102. Both have very good reviews so I'm not sure who to choose. Any advice is appreciated.
