Izzet scute swarm?

Curious what the edh community thinks about this. It’s a plan around my artifact commander [[brudiclad, telchor engineer]], being copied by [[spark double]] or [[sakashima of a thousand faces]] then copying that non legend brudiclad they make with [[fated infatuation]] [[cackling counterpart]] or [[quasiduplucate]]. And from there I can proliferate brudiclad tokens and swarm the table! The deck is mostly artifact tokens and value from them, might as well make them as many commanders as I can.

Has Scute Swarm been removed from Zendikar Rising packs? I have spent the last month and a half spending every 1,000 gold i get on ZR trying to get that stinkin bug! Im pretty sure I've got the entire rest of the set since i havent seen anything new in a whiiiile. Did they just reduce the pull chance to zero? Or was it an event gift or some other exclusive?
