So for the first few weeks of calorie counting and sticking to 1200-1300 on lazy days, I was playing around with what keeps me full. But I've found my breakfast and lunch options have become somewhat limited if I want to stick to my calorie goal and not end up having 300kcal left for dinner!... and I'm getting tired of them.
I only need a small breakfast to keep me going until lunch time. 150-300kcal depending on how active I'm going to be. I have this around 9am. I can't stomach anything spicy or too flavourful/acidic for breakfast, so tend to have fruit & yoghurt, maybe overnight oats/porridge with fruit for more active mornings. I vary the fruit: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, peaches, banana. Or I fancy something savoury it usually ends up being egg and mushrooms, maybe with toast. But even with the variations, breakfasts are more limited than what I used to eat in the morning.
Depending on the temperature and what I had for breakfast, filling lunches lately have included egg and/or fish and/or cheese. It's been hot lately, so most have been cold. I'm eating a lot more egg and yoghurt these days for the protein to keep me full and a lot more mushrooms. I would eat tuna more often if it wasn't for the mercury issue.

I'll start off with saying I know nothing about keto, but really want to give it a go, however the FAQ section rivals the great wall of china and I left it none the wiser towards the big questions. what goes in my belly for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I used the search bar in /r/keto but found only scattered posted here, there and everywhere but nothing comprehensive.
the 6-day meal plan by on the side looks useful but again is heavy reading for a first timer.
so I'm making this post so that others who come here and search for info have 1 post they can look to for easy user submitted keto foods
please, for the lazy like me, all and any foods you recommend just give it a title (so we can google it ourselves) or brief ingredients description(eggs, sausage, bacon ect), please no fully detailed recipes that may require a tl;dr for it's tl;dr that may intimidate or bore potential new guys like myself

A friend told me about someone they'd heard of (a French citizen) who traveled to the US and received a list of foods to stay away from. We don't know which foods they were, nor the reasons as to why.
