I do understand the silver content value aspect. I do understand the the demand/supply impact on its βpremiumβ component (why it sells for so much more than melt or spot value of silver weight it contains). WHAT I need help understanding is WHY people believe it will be the currency of choice in a SHTF scenario where stores are closed, utilities are ancient history, govt breaks down, etc?
I.e., why Constitutional , to the exclusion of bullion, is the thing to have?
Here, in the wastelands of a major west coast metropolitan city, I can tell you that 90% (being generous with that) of people know nothing about metals, much less to prefer a 1964 dime in exchange during a barter transaction or even why they should. The dumbwads here in the cities of the west coast would not know silver content value, whether its a recognizable govt coin or a generic silver Buffalo round. You show your avg city~dweller a dime and theyβd think thatβs what its worth is.
So, why give junk the premium value for the βshtf scenarioβ? Beyond the βthose in the knowβ community, that is. A motivated person will promote his bullion coinβs value for all its worth (pun intended) when they need to trade it for something. If it comes down to what the other party in the transaction will accept, and if that other party is ignorant to the value proposition we all know in our community of PM acolytes, why give Junk the premium value ( in price AND in our minds) today?

On July 13, 2018, Zach Lavine signed a 4 year, 78m offer sheet with the Sacramento Kings. This contract would soon be matched by Chicago.
The 23-year old had just come off what can only be described as a "middling" season, averaging 16.7/3.9/3.0 on 38/34/81 splits.
However, that signature on that Friday would begin what I believe to be the best current contract in the NBA.

Since signing that offer sheet, Zach Lavine has averaged 25.5/4.8/4.5, on an extremely efficient 47/39/83 shooting. Averaging 25+ points on 59% True Shooting is no small feat, this season only 7 players have met these marks:
- Stephen Curry
- Damian Lillard
- Joel Embiid
- Giannis Antetokounmpo
- Zion Williamson
- Kyrie Irving
- Nikola Jokic.
The difference? These guys aren't being paid $19m next year. Zion aside, the average AAV of these players in the 2021-22 season is $36.6m, nearly twice what Zach Lavine will be making.
This season, Lavine's form was finally recognized, netting a spot in the All-Star game. He would be the cheapest non-replacement (Domantas Sabonis) player on the court, with only Julius Randle being close.
On a related note, Randle is also a prime candidate for this title, earning just $300k more than Lavine next season. However, I am more sold on the latter as he has shown this form for the past few seasons, compared to Randle who was also aided by a scorching start before cooling off.
In a player-empowerment era, where role players are paid increasingly higher salaries, Zach Lavine's contract proves to be one of the league's biggest bargains. Just look at his peers wage-wise:
- The aforementioned Julius Randle
- Goran Dragic
- Jerami Grant (MIP Candidate this season, but not near Lavine)
- Eric Gordon
- Eric Bledsoe
- Harrison Barnes
- Danilo Gallinari
- Gary Harris
It's not even close. For my money's worth (pun fully intended), Zach Lavine has the best contract in the NBA.

This whole pandempocalypse (as I lovingly call it) is really putting a damper on things. Was just thinking, I'd love to be like the other dudes and randomly compliment that lovely lady across the way as she sips her coconut margarita at 2pm because there's no wrong time for a good drink, but now I'm more concerned with how the only compliments I can come up with are comments about their eyes. Oh, gotta talk about myself. I'm 28, black/irish/native american mix (black traits shine brightest though), consider myself extroverted introvert, and have gotten several genuine compliments about my voice being radio host worthy, and thousands of begrudging compliments about how witty I am. I don't have much opinion on politics but can usually carry a conversation about anything else and have a lot of interests to share. I'm a big fan of questions, both asking and answering, so a game of twenty questions is my peanut butter AND my jam.
I'll try to get to the point here though, no more rambling, especially not about how there's no way to 'lose'when making a pun. I'm less looking for something and more hoping my brand of weirdness will entertain enough to draw someone in. Particularly someone between 24 and 33, and who at least tolerates great bad jokes that are as clever as they are obnoxious. I never know how to end these things though so I dunno, include a creative line using the phrase 'the lobsters have humans for hands' because why not.
Or should i go full with rivals?

The EHD works on necro or it's only for weapon attack?
I like using gs/scepter-shield i run 0/0/30/30/10 right now, looking what my options are for armor and "equipment slots" such as rings amulets back piece etc. I've found some indepth builds for traits and utilities that are great, however then they don't specify any armor weapons to use, or runes.
