Found a unknown siren above the carter siren(possibly). Next to it is a Whalen wps 2905 Siren. This photo is in Killarney, qld, Australia. Maybe the electronic siren is a BOR siren from Czechia.
What type of electronic siren is this one? Is it BOR siren from Czechia or what?
any help is appreciated.
I registered for this class to fulfill my last hub requirement and I was hoping it isn't something that has a very rigorous course load attached to it. The 3 classes I'm taking for my major this semester are on the heavier side and I'd rather not take a class that is going to get in the way if I have other options. Has anyone taken this class?
So I know Justin Whalen has retired from acting, and even if he hadn't I'm sure Don wants everyone to forget about him in Child's Play 3, but I still think it'd be a cool nod to get a cameo in the TV series -- maybe even a death, with a joke from Chucky of some sort. I can't be the only one that still thinks Child's Play 3 wasn't TERRIBLE and would actually like to see this.
Hey yall, I know its super annoying to have to go right when leaving the parking garage just to roundabout, but I think I saw them put up a camera at the exit so I wouldn't risk it anymore.

In virtually any fantasy draft, nailing your first-round pick is a near-requirement to contend for a title. The pick is easily your best chance to land the kind of foundational player who can buoy your team through the natural ups and downs of the season. Whiffing on the pick can be disastrous, but luckily for fantasy basketball players, the league is stocked with elite talent.
While picking first overall remains an advantage, managers can still snag top-tier talent all the way through the first round and even into the early second. Deciding which superstar to draft can be overwhelming, so itβs important to evaluate every option and determine which player(s) best match your risk tolerance and statistical preferences.
This season, roughly 15 players stand out as potential first-rounders in most leagues, and while a few others will creep into that discussion, those will mostly be viewed as upside plays. Using RotoWireβs customizable rankings and composite ADP data as our guide, weβll evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each first-round candidate and offer some guidance as to where they should be targeted.

I've seen Chris Whalen comment here a few times regarding his belief that the wholesale channel / UWM will disappear in a rising rate environment. Given that's entirely counter to the Ishbia thesis, I was hoping he or anyone else could explain why that would be.
I know in the past brokers have faded away in a very competitive environment because they didn't have the tech support to remain open during a difficult environment but that's what UWM is solving for.
Rates went up in 2018-2019 and UWM continued to grow. Rates went up just a touch in q2 and UWM was the only mortgage originator to grow v. Q1 numbers.
