Spoils of War needs a more robust accreditation system.
If you are the one that completes an objective like having the jewel at the end of the match, exploding the coffers, unlocking the coffers ....etc the game doesn't even credit you for it.
The end-of-match summary needs to be more robust to help incentivize PTFO. If a player gets a literal last-second jewel swipe and causes their team to win the match something should display (like how the game currently shows one's nemesis in-game and at the match summary)

This sub needs a better post-series/game thread system. The only time a thread is made when the underdog wins which spoils the results.
Half the time I don't even know there are matches going on because there's almost no discussion, but the moment I see a "TIER 1 TEAM vs NO-NAME TEAM Post-match Discussion" thread, I immediately know NO-NAME TEAM won.
This subreddit has a rules against spoilers, but somehow the "spoilerless" threads are spoilers themselves. It's kind of ironic.
I'd love to suggest something, but this is beyond my capabilities. I'm just hoping a mod or someone sees this and can implement a better system than what we currently have.

Currently I work at a supermarket and twice in the past week some of our coolers have gone down, resulting in us having to buy more eggs, dairy, and produce from the suppliers, just as they intended.
I'm sure this happens at the home-scale with personal fridges and freezers too though. We've effectively bought twice as much freah food recently because of it, so I think the game was rigged from the start.

The loot system in DSC with the spoils and caches is a great thing, let's see it in the other raids now.
Not sure if this has been mentioned before or not but here's my take on it. Really great system, sucks that it isn't in Last Wish or GoS. Still chasing a good roll on the older raid weapons like supremecy or ancient gospel and getting all armor drops or getting plagued by apex predators makes the raid seem like a waste of time because the only reason to run the other 2 raids is for chasing specific rolls on weapons and the raid exotics if we're talking about rewards. The spoils & cache system that's in DSC would be an amazing addition to the older raids and it would give us a better experience when chasing that one legendary that we so desire. We already get spoils from the older raids, we just need the cache at the end of the raid now.

Some possible clues about the loot system in the new raid and also some other info about spoils of conquest
Last night I did last wish with some friends of mine and we got some spoils of conquest, the new currency for buying old raid exotics from the exotic kiosk at the tower. I looked at the description of them and they say that they can be used to "unlock loot caches within raids". Obviously couldn't use them in last wish, almost certainly don't have a use in garden of salvation either so I suspect its talking about the new raid. It could also be that this was an old use of the spoils of conquest and they haven't changed the description.
By the way in case anyone was curious, I got 12 spoils of conquest for the entire last wish raid, and you need 240 if you want any of the exotics from the old raids. I'm planning on doing garden of salvation tonight to see if it gives you more than last wish.
The Battlegrounds final chest should have a spoils of conquest type shop system where you can spend gold on weapons/hammer charges.
You would be limited to how much you could buy per run, but that could be upgraded at the war table. Gold cap would then have to be removed or increased dramatically and the rune slotting would also be removed. You'd still get a free item by smashing the special chest, but the normal chest would have the gold shop. Add in Umbral engrams for playlist activities that you can decode with hammer charges. Increase the amount of hammer charges you can store.
How did we survive before the Spoils of War system?
The system is almost perfect, I finally have a way to get a roll on those guns I really want even if RNG still screws me during the run. Andnthe fact that DSC is so good just makes this system an even bigger standout. I've never seen LFG so full on a Sunday with people after tokens....
That being said i argue some of the prices for the boxes are a little too high especially given that the drops you purchase aren't powerful and the earn rate is so low. And the raid exotic should be made purchasable through this system if it's going to be a random drop. It can be sold at extremely high cost to begin with and have the price go down with each completion to protect against bad RNG( we don't want another 1k or anarchy situation).

I'm 116 turns into my first UE campaign and have 0% approval on all of my systems because I just won two wars and now have about 70 systems. Can someone spoil the end of the UE story for me?
Every turn my government switches to a different form, but I'm 900 points higher than 2nd place, so I'm gonna say I won the game. It's just getting tiresome and I already have all the tech and system improvements for higher approval. Guess I'll have to go tall instead of wide from now on.
