DDT was originally going to hold a proper Super Saitama Arena show last year, but cancelled due to pandemic and turned it into a Street Wrestling special with matches taking place all over the venue.

Just like the Ultimate Party show in 2019, cards are booked to account most of the rosters in each promotion.
