A list of puns related to "Rosecrans"
I have no idea if you're on reddit, but I was on a terrible alcoholic bender and I was denied my room at the Motel 6 immediately off the Rosecrans Exit. I had been mugged, beat up, denied the room that I paid for, and was sleeping in the dirt.
You apparently saw me the night before and in the morning saw me sitting on the curb and asked if I was doing any better. I said no, so you helped clean up my wounds (you're either an EMT or training to be one), then took me across the street to Denny's and called me an ambulance.
I had never spent any time in the streets of that area but it seemed like everyone was up to no good. Drugs, laughing at me, talking shit, stealing my stuff, kicking me in my sleep, etc. But you took concern and helped me. You even just happened to have a bunch of emergency drinking water, gauze, bandages, etc that you gave to me with zero benefit to yourself.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I went to detox and am now sober 10 days and back in my apartment feeling like myself again. You really saved me from becoming an actual hobo (no offense to people living homeless).
I drove down there today to sort of relive the where and when and strike up any more memory of where I even was because at the time I really had no idea. Saw a couple having real trouble so I bought them meals from Denny's to try and give back even a slight bit of the kindness you showed a stranger.
I really hope you somehow see this. Thank you.
EDIT: Thank you so much for all the words of encouragement! This post wasn't really meant to be about me but about the kindness of a stranger but I really do appreciate it!
Hello everyone i was lowkey in a rush at night tryna get home and thought i could take a yellow light sadly got flashed. I received 2 things in the mail i got a letter with pics and a court date and other information. And 2 weeks later i received from the city if Inglewood(court) the amount to pay and how i can pay and all the bs they put on the paper i have not looked at any videos or anything online. But im worried that if i ignore it i will get points on my license or something very serious any suggestions?
I know plenty of people have posted about this blasted light before, but I think this is kind of a unique (or maybe not) situation.
Yesterday, my mom got a court summons about this "ticket" for that intersection with no monetary fine posted or any actual information about the supposed infraction. The notice does not have a picture attached to it either. It just says that she's expected to show up to court because of the red light camera ticket with a court date posted. She hasn't received any previous mail about it nor does she remember ever being flashed by that camera. She even makes it a point to never run the yellow light there as she knows about that camera. My mom is very much into not making noise when it comes to court things so she usually pays things off like this but there isn't even a way to pay a fine if there even is one. We are very confused as to how she could have gotten a court notice for this.
I've researched a little and everyone who posts seems to say to ignore the fake tickets, but I have not seen anyone actually get a court summons because of it.
Does anyone have any insight to this or experienced this before?
Reds are gonna be buyer!!
Does anybody have experience with this red light camera? I was taking a left turn onto hindry from rosecrans and all the sudden the camera flashed and took my picture. However, I wasnβt the person who took the turn on red, there was another car behind me. I just got stuck right in front of the camera because of traffic. Anybody have any experience with this intersection?
