Anyone had a charging handle break? put some Winchester white box down range, shot the last round and put the rifle in my carry case. When I got home to clean it, I could hardly pull the charging handle back, I finally was able to only to see my CH look like this.

After an unfortunate delay cause Christmas holidays and bad weather at the range, today I could finally shoot my AR556 and zero the optics to 100m/109yrds. These groups were the results, I can't even tell how happy I am with this amazing rifle!

Bay Area Ranges where I can sight in rifle?
I am new to the Bay Area, from the Midwest and I need to sight in a EoTech scope I bought for a Mk18. The gun stores in my area are not helpful, and only want to talk about politics. No helpful information. Ranges in the area never pick up their phones.
This whole area seems very jumpy when it comes to guns. For instance, I was cleaning out my shotgun in my garage the other day ( I live in a condo complex), and someone called the police.
I am kinda freaked out now.

New to Austin. Got an old Remington 721 30-06 with original scope. Barely got used cause I lived in Illinois where you can’t hunt with centerfire rifles (I know the state sucks). About to go hog hunting at end of month and need to get her ready to roll and perhaps invest in new scope cause thing barely enhances view. Cool reticle on it though!

My first Mile shot! Bumped into some long range guys on a hunting trip and they coached me into a mile shot in 4 rounds. (338 lapua with a very nice nightforce scope) He noted it's his 2mile gun for comps so I guess this was nothing for this rifle.

long range 22 WMR rifle
looking for a budgetish rifle in 22 wmr (<$1500) i would some nice precision chassis, they dont have to be top teir but i dont want garbage either and for a scope ill buy separate. just wondering what you guys are out there running or suggest for me. itll be used mostly for hunting or teaching my buddies the ropes of shooting with a scope at extended ranges. being such a small round with a low BC its easily affected by wind and will give them good pratice.

I'm fairly new player <100 hours of play time. I find myself mostly caught up in close range pvp battles, not sure exactly what the the distance is but I believe it's <50 meters. I wonder which rifle (I refuse to use shotguns) perform good. All the tier lists or topics are judging rifle performance at long range and the ability to hit headshots, but what about a close range scenario and/or even when we both hip fire each other?
