A list of puns related to "Ratification"
This new deal does little to help our working conditions and as far as I'm concerned the time is now. I'm voting no.
Will it help? Doubtful. At least I can say I tried.

Many of us already got 10 hour turn arounds, me being one of those people, 10 hours is not enough. After counting my commute into work, commute home, and the basic things you need to do when you get home, I'm lucky if I even have enough time to fit in 7 hours of sleep. I'll get 7 if I go straight home, walk my dog, shower, eat, and get right into bed. That's if my body let's me sleep right away without any time to decompress for the day, many times my body doesn't let me fall asleep that fast without any down time. This does nothing to stop them from pushing us 84 hours a week in a 6 day week, and 70 in a 5 day week. This isn't the change we asked for, this isn't the change we need. No one should be forced to work over 12 hours in a day. Granted 10 hour days would be ideal, but at least 12 hours days with 12 hour turn arounds, would at least show me leadership has heard us, and got us something better than what we already have. This deal is unacceptable, should we accept this deal, we have ourselves to blame. Get out there, and get the word out to not ratify this deal, we obviously need to fight harder.
Thoughts on this?

If slavery was the reason for the civil war, then why did the Corwin amendment not stop it or stall it?
Does anyone know where to look or have information on TSCCβs stance on womenβs right to vote prior to 1920 and the ratification of the 19th amendment?
Was it discouraged by the church? Did they try to lobby against it? I know the state of Utah had only been a part of the union for a little over 20 years at the time, but what did the leaders say at the time?
Someone asked me if Women oppression was ever a thing in the past and if it still is today⦠made me think about it, and is something I should know.

We would love to see a great engagement there because you can decide where we go in future. All you need is a Harmony Wallet Extension or the MetaMask Extension and minimum 100 ONE or 100 staked ONE (votes do not cost to cast).
Iβm just wondering if we know yet that the strike is 100% ending and if we donβt know yet when will we know?
The whole world is watching us, this is bigger than just ourselves. 4.3 million people quit their jobs in September, the highest since it's been recorded. The willingness of people quitting, and unwilling to work causing the worker shortage, is largely due to being underpaid, overworked, or both. The wealth gap keeps increasing at unheard of rates. This isn't just IATSE vs the AMPTP, this is workers against the rich and greedy, this is low and middle class against the 1%, this is fighting for what's right and setting precedence against these industry giants for fights to come in the future. This is to show the world that when workers work together for the greater good, we have more power than they do. It's 2021 and we're still fighting for basic needs for our health and safety like getting an adequate amount of sleep each night? Voting yes to this deal is voting yes to letting productions put your union siblings in danger night after night, day after day, for the next 3 years. Every person that votes yes will be directly responsible for any harm, injury, or even death due to productions pushing people past the limits constantly. This isn't meant to sound like an attack on anyone that wants to vote yes to this deal, it is just the honest truth that you will be partly responsible for anything that may happen due to working conditions that can be fixed if we vote no. It doesn't matter if you're offset and don't see or deal with the same turn around issue's, and lack of sufficient breaks, just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't happen, people are constantly pushed into dangerous situations due to lack of rest. Whether it be danger on set, or in the car, lack of rest causes dangerous situations. These producers, executives, talent, directors, etc, wouldn't put their life at risk for you, why are we putting our life at risk for them? This needs to end, and it needs to end now. For our future, for our children's future, to put faith back into the people that fighting and working together gets results. We want and deserve our human basic rights, sleep is a human basic right, everyone deserves to have the ability to get an adequate amount of sleep to be healthy and safe. 10 hours is not enough, give us 12, or we give you hell.
I grew in the suburbs so I donβt understand the Constitutional particulars in this situation.
This is going to be absolutely brutal and has completely wrecked what little life I had outside of set for the foreseeable future. I was going camping with some friends this weekend but thatβs out the window now.
