I am from Kazakhstan and due to riots, armed attacks on government objects, businesses and airports the government decided to shut down the internet. It doesn't work without proxy and VPN, even if it does time it can be used is limited (only in the morning when it is nighttime in Canada) and the connection is pretty slow. The situation with the internet is pretty unclear and the government doesn't speak much about it.
I was not able to fly out to Canada on time because the airport in my city was under armed attack.
Which university resource (except for the college registrar) should I contact to get academic support (such as getting extensions for first term work and etc.)?
Hi guys. A course I’m taking just disappeared on Quercus, and it shows Refused next to it on Acorn. They emailed me saying I need a third dose of Ontario-approved vaccine and upload the document, but I’m not in Canada which I told them. Couple days later this happened. Did they just de-enrol me from the course? How can I get back to the course? Who should I talk to? I have contacted the office of Registrar but you know how long it takes them to reply. I have class on Monday and assignments due but now I can’t keep along. Who should I contact for a quicker response?
Fan theory: quercus isn’t actually reanimated. Sir lora is actually puppeteering it around like a lunatic because he can’t come to terms with his crimes.

No Quercus site or email, like wtf are these profs actually doing?? Classes are online and I haven't even received a link to the first lecture.
I have a class in 4 hours and the class is still not up on Quercus. No communication from the prof at all, not even the Zoom link to join the class. Should I email the prof in case its some weird enrollment issue (I have been registered in this class since August) or just wait?
A few of my courses havent been added to quercus yet and classes are starting in two days. Is there anything I have to do or is anyone missing theirs too? Im missing eco102 and rlg101.
Basically the title. I'm thinking of switching electives so I'm taking both at once. I just started taking the second one and I have a lecture tomorrow. The only problem is that the class hasn't shown up on Quercus. How long does this usually take?

Just finished a final exam on Quercus but something weird happened. The timer wasn’t working because it said my browser is slow but I didn’t mind it and continued answering and just checked the time myself. When 2 hour was almost up i was about to submit when I noticed that my responses aren’t marked as saved like the usually are with Quercus quizes. so i paniced and just clicked submit. I’m worried that my responses just weren’t recorded at all. Has anyone had a similar experience or knows what has happened?

I'm about to plant three youngish trees at the back of our garden. They're each about 4m tall, and coming in pots from a nursery. Advice on getting them off to a good start would be hugely appreciated! Horse manure? Constant watering? Anything to watch out for, or make sure not to do? (I'm in Ireland btw, south of Dublin. The ground is very wet this time of year, but it's rarely very cold.)

So, I was on a waitlist for a class and got let in only yesterday.
Because it’s so last minute, I’m guessing I missed the introductory email from the professor with the zoom link and everything. But I still haven’t gotten any sort of notification for this class, even on Quercus. The class actually doesn’t even show up on Quercus! I’m enrolled in the class on Acorn, and that’s about the extent of my involvement in this class so far.
My class is tomorrow. What do I do if I don’t get any emails and Quercus doesn’t update?
I hope this isn’t a dumb Q. But I’m out of the country rn, and wanted to ask: say I have something due 9 PM Tuesday. Do I have to submit it by then in my time zone, or do I follow the time in Toronto? I’m 10 hours ahead btw so 9 PM Toronto time is like 7 AM Wednesday here.

I enrolled in a course today (Fri.). Then will it show up on tomorrow (Sat.) on Quercus? Or on business hour days (Next Mon.)?
Is there anything I have to do to get added to the Quercus page of the course. I received a notification a few hours ago that I got admitted into a course (through waitlisting). However, I'm still not added to the Quercus page.
