A list of puns related to "Pilote"
Honestly, never knew Sabrina was based on a comic series but I grew up watching Sabrina the Teenage Witch like I’m sure most did here.
Discovered the show while on a plane and really liked the pilot (pun not intended), but no exaggeration I keep falling asleep as I try to keep watching! Not sure how because some scenes are pretty creepy.
Should I give the rest of Part 1 and subsequent parts a chance. What’s your overall opinion of the series?
Holy shit, can't believe I waited a week before getting into this. I don't think I've ever seen this many on screen human deaths in a marvel movie, this definitely bodes well for a show turning Cap into a geopolitical force.
The fight scene is just epic in everyway, New Cap gets to immediately show off his skills but doesn't completely dominate, showing us he still has a lot to live up to and makes the "like it's someone else's line" make more sense.
The villains get a chance to escape but that's only an excuse to give us the most creative damn fight in a marvel series, heroes using their abilities in inventive ways paired with competent villains it's like I'm watching mission impossible or something, the action has already blown wandavision out of the water for me.
The 90 second stretch at the end is top notch. Giving us some short exposition that serves to increase the tension of the action scene with a timer, build the world (by letting us know there's still countries who don't appreciate US forces hovering in their airspace and one of those countries is Libya) and serves as the switching point where Falcon turns from attacking to evading, ending the sequence with an epic save and chopper explosion, BADASS!
This is all in 10 minutes, great tone setting and world building, good character work and excellent and creative action. I'm honestly scared the rest of the season can't possibly keep up with this pilot pun intended.
Lastly, Torres is best girl
Already hooked.
Edit: by new cap, I meant falcon, not the buttface at the end.
I kinda realized this after my mom had made a twenty one pilots pun while talking to me and then reading so many comments and posts on various social media..
No Phun Intended is a word play, as Tyjo does in a lot of his lyrics if you listen for them, a pun. And the amount of twenty one pilots songs and lyrics that are able to be turned into a pun (and the amount of people that do) is just super ironic.
Hey Bachelor Nation / Reddit!
Last season, I made power rankings of the contestants for my friends/watchers for each week (plus some extra stuff) and this year, I'm doing the same. They'll be posted the week of a new episode but will never spoil the end - just the activities to date of publishing. Here ya go!
Week 1: Pilot Puns Proliferate Profoundly
THE MOST DRAMATIC SEASON OF THE BACHELOR YET. This is literally meaningless at this point. Tons happened this week between girls already being in love with Peter to ballsy steal moves to shameless producer manipulation. It had it all. My favorite moment so far? The 9 minutes of the Bachelor running before bringing up prayer and Christianity. Highlight of the season… RIP. So, to kick it off, here are your 2020 Bachelor Power Rankings, after 1 week:
The Greg Jones Memorial “I’m Not Mad, I’m Just Disappointed” Moment of the Week: It was hard to pick one disappointing moment this week but I gotta hit them hard for this: the producers are fucking ridiculous. Why would you bring Hannah back, knowing there’s clearly feelings and knowing

I'm sure I'll be sick of those references two weeks in but thankfully there are some #sports to cleanse the pallet.
Hannah Ann is sitting at 795k and she's also on youtube with 8.7 k but she was pictured with David Dobrik so I suspect she's gonna blow up on both platforms.
Madison is at 1.3M.
I'm gonna try to work on the visuals this afternoon to have them ready for tomorrow but we'll see how that goes.
A girl with a large, well-loved knapsack floats quietly into the campgrounds, perched on a cloud hovering a few feet above the ground. She stares at everything and everyone with considerable curiousity.
Name: Alva An
Age: 15
DOB: December 17th
Place of Birth: Singapore
Height: 5'2"
Weight: 95 lbs
Hair Color: Dark brown
Eye Color: Hazel
Powers:
Can fly
Cloud manipulation
Weather manipulation
Skills:
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
Nidan in Kendo
Makes a mean cheesecake
Plays both erhu and violin
Personality: Alva is every bit as playful as her mother, though a fair deal calmer and more restrained. In fact, her mischievous nature may not be apparent for many, as she tends to keep to herself, and is uncomfortable with displaying emotions. Her head is constantly in the clouds, and she zones out easily, leading to an unfortunate number of accidents in the course of her day. Her school experience and lack of friends means that, although friendly, she is slow to trust, and weak to displays of affection. She also doesn't have the best judgment of people, and tends to believe anything that comes out of someone else's mouth. Alva also has an unhealthy sense of curiousity, poking into and at everything that grabs her interest. It should also be noted that her upbringing left her with a will of steel. She is used to getting what she wants, and she can and will be stupidly stubborn about it. Her traits, for good or ill, allow her to be easily manipulated.
Background: After a whirlwind romance, Alva was born to a flighty, young, unmarried pilot (puns intended), promptly shunted aside as a newborn and left with her grandparents while her mother continued gallivanting off to places unknown. While strict, she recalls her grandparents with much fondness. They were a wealthy family, and she didn't grow up wanting for anything. On the few occasions her mother was in Singapore for any extended amount of time, she would spoil her daughter rotten at every opportunity.
It was just as well that her family was warm and caring towards her, because school was an entirely different story. Her appearance drew few enough second glances from the cosmopolitan students, but her dyslexia, ADHD, and the absence of her parent

The past few months I've been building it out my basement with a fresh coat of paint, a reasonably solid PC battlestation (Ikea desk hacks are great FYI), turn table, surround sound, the works. It has reached the point where I feel its nearly complete and after much deliberation have christened the space with the name, "The Cockpit". I am fully aware this could also be a great name for a gay bar however I think a some homoerotic undertones can really tie this whole thing together just like the volleyball scene did for the cinematic masterpiece, Top Gun.
Now that we have a name, I'd like to have a sort of mascot for The Cockpit and put a nice big picture of it up on one of the walls.
I had a few general ideas for how I was hoping for it to look (surprise, its pilot puns):
I've never posted here before so I'm not completely sure if this is the type of stuff this subreddit can help with but I though it was worth a shot!

In the words of another great Konami product: "Kept you waiting, huh?"
Yes, my archetype analysis has finally been completed. This one's on those Token-spamming aircraft, the Mecha Phantom Beasts! Truth be told, I've fallen completely in love with this archetype as of late. Great designs, creative techniques and a really fun playstyle make it a cool deck to pilot (pun so intended).
OK, you guys know how this works. Mooks first, then bosses, then S/Ts.
Now, I figure most of you guys know the animals that the aircraft are based on, so I figured I'd explain the real-life aircraft which inspired the various monsters.
Mecha Phantom Beast Aerosguin: Aerosguin takes its design from the Aeroscraft, one of the creations of the Worldwide Aeros Corp. The company mainly makes dirigibles, and the Aeroscraft is no different - aside from the fact that it has a fixed exterior, meaning it's sturdier than a standard blimp. The US military were going to use it for cargo transport (until the roof fell on the prototype and broke it), which explains Aerosguin's Token creation effect.
Mecha Phantom Beast Blackfalcon: This bird of prey is based on the legendary Lockheed SR-71, commonly referred to as the Blackbird. The Blackbird holds a world record: it is the fastest air-breathing manned aircraft, and it has been since the 70s. Not joking, standard procedure when a missile followed you was to speed up until it can't reach you. It's also one of the world's first full-on stealth craft. Both of these explain its position-switching technique: it outmanoeuvres you and sneaks into your weak spots.
Mecha Phantom Beast Blue Impala: At first glance, this card's name isn't based on any aircraft in particular - because it's derived from the Japan Air Self-Defense Force's demonstration team, Blue Impulse. Blue Impulse use Kawasaki T-4 planes in their demonstrations, hence the artwork of Impala.
Mecha Phantom Beast Coltwing: Sadly, no puns in regards to this name. Coltwing is based on the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey, notable for its twin rotors which can move on a pivot. Think of it as a kind of plane-helicopter hybrid, but with emphasis on the chopper. This kind of aircraft is technically referred to as a

A slim young girl slips into camp, as cool and quiet as the autumn breeze. She looks tired, and a (literal) cloud of melancholy follows in her wake, but she is none the worse for wear. Where she has been and for how long doesn't show on her person; she carries only a small bag and a sword as lean as she. However, it's clear to anyone looking that the stranger is a veteran, as she makes a beeline for her cabin, and politely greets familiar faces along the way.
