I wish there were Irish Elk in Ireland
I know it wouldn't be accurate and they went extinct almost 8,000 years ago but they were so cool and it would be so awesome to see them running around.
They were incredibly massive, over 1,000 lbs, as big as a moose with almost unimaginably immense racks and there are lots of cave paintings depicting them. http://www.prehistoric-wildlife.com/images/species/m/megaloceros-giganteus-irish-elk-size.jpg
In fact, wouldn't it be cool to have an AC going back 10,000 BC with wolly mamoths and sabre tooth tigers etc and stone age tribal warfare as men crossed the Doggerland from the continent into the British Isles? The Animus can do anything and Vinland already showed that stone age society can be fun to play in. I think it would be awesome.

TIL about the Irish Elk, an extinct species of deer that stood 7 feet tall at the shoulders and had 12 foot wide antlers. The Irish Elk was the third largest deer to ever live, but had the largest and heaviest antler of any animal in the deer family. It went extinct 7000 years ago.
