A list of puns related to "Domestic Geese"
So i figure at least of portion of you have seen the domestic geese by the volleyball court at Leslie Groves, but does anyone know anything about them? Seems theres only 4 around now but i remember years ago there were 20+. I assume theyre just dying of age and maybe dog attacks, but i've heard other stories too. What I'm really after though is where did they all come from to begin with?
it's funny

I saw these off a trail in a small pond. I'm fairly sure that these are just domestic geese. They seem pretty stationary. However, I'm just checking because I'm no expert
Stumps slowly grow further away from a civilization as time progresses and the travel time is eating up all the goose farmer's life!
Suggestion : chopping block, using a chisel and mallet on a log creates a moveable (maybe anchorable) station with the same properties as a stump, with around 60-80 uses.
This would allow easier, and bring a spotlight to, goose farming, an fairly unknown job by most.
This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 92%. (I'm a bot)
> MINT. Michigan mint growers have a strong market for their crop with the flavoring used in a wide assortment of products.
> Mint "Technology"Despite the productivity of Michigan's mint fields, Michigan mint growers at first had difficulty selling their harvests because of unscrupulous farmers who adulterated the oil with turpentine, alcohol or fireweed.
> The latter achievement was based on Black Mitcham mint, a hardy variety imported from England because it produced a higher quality and quantity of mint than domestic plants.
> Since the commercial mint plant is a sterile, complex perennial that seldom produces seed, planting a new mint field required a source of rootstock.
> The steam is forced through the chopped mint plant parts, and the oils, which become volatile and leave the plant per se, exit the mint wagon with the steam.
> Uses of mint oil Initially, mint oil was used mainly for medicinal purposes, but the popularity of both chewing gum and toothpaste in the early 20th century provided a new market.

6th Month 78 AD/Year 19 of the rule of Queen Myranda I. Arryn, Gates of the Moon
#Petyr Stone
The little boy toddled around the stables, despite the shouts from servants and stablehands, for him to get out of the way. The Gates of the Moon were a busy castle, a gateway onto the Mountain Path to the Eyrie, as well as a keep by itself. Supplies flowed through near every moment, nobles travelled up and down and away and back, and the stables were the center of it all.
Finally, he found who he was looking for.
"Ma!" he shouted, running towards her as fast as his small legs carried him.
He looked up - from the woman to the grey head of the nearest mule, that was watching him with calm dark eyes.
"Go ride?" he asked.
hiya I've always wanted a bird and I've been researching all type of birds, and I found out that ring-necked doves are great birds. btw: I have an extra 4+ years to save because I want to get it when I move out
I've been wanting to do this for a long time ever since the mod got added to the official CDDA repository but i felt it was too soon so i waited until this end of year to publish it.
Back in January 2021 i started working on this small mod as an offshoot of Desert Region one part because i liked the idea of playing in a different map but also because that mod was too punishing due to temperature mechanics.
TropiCataclysm was originally envisioned as a "milder" version of Desert Region but after i time i noticed there was space to do something else, so i decided to carve its development into something more complex and extensive.
The first weeks of development were focused on setting the base but i got stuck trying to rush new weapons into the mod (i guess its a typical amateur mod developer mistake to try and add stuff without having done a solid base) so i got a bit burned up and focused on other things.
I returned to development near end of year refreshed while following the development of 0.F so did a clean up of the whole mod and started churning again on what it worked for me which was mostly adding new creatures. Then during October or so i started working on enabling the tropical fruits found on the vanilla game so they could be produced or harvest by players.
With that set of changes TropiCataclysm was ready to try its hand on entering the official repository but there was still a lot to be done. For example, i had to recopy the whole vanilla regional settings file because the Desert Region base was causing a completely different map generation (with endless plains and only a bit of forest for example). I also had to remove or leave unfinished some other features i was planning for the next harvestable updates (was setting the basis for new tropical crops).
For the few last months of this year i have been thus been working on improving the current content of the mod, along with adding new creatures to furnish the Tropical Region in the wake of the blacklist of much of the familiar faces players find in the vanilla game.
State of the Mod as of 0.5e:
In terms of current changes the mod features:
-a modified version of the vanilla map with a much more stable and midly warm temperature year round
-several new species of trees and new crops based on vanila fruits which have a tropical origin like pomegranates, kiwi, bananas, etc.
-several species of tropical american animals like jaguars, capybaras, iguanas and rheas
-a few new domest
