A list of puns related to "Docket"
β’ Original document here.
β’ Highlight: "You are not going to take away our Trumpy Bear!"
β’ Add Gina Bisignano to the growing list of people who'll avoid a terrorism enhancement for damaging the Capitol by flipping.
β’ Prosecutors are saying that people who damaged (or conspired to damage) the Capitol can do 20 years, or they can cooperate and work their way down from 4 years.
β’ Great story here captures her fall from grace: "Beverly Hills salon owner's life in shambles as she faces seven Capitol riot charges: report"
"By late February, in Grady County, she had been imprisoned in one facility or another for over a month, during which she saw the sun exactly once: on the long day when she was transferred from L.A. to Oklahoma," adding that a judge finally agreed to her supervised release as she awaited trial. Upon her release, the report states, "Gina had no ID, no credit card, no way to get home, and it was not clear what she would do on the scrubby, sidewalkless Oklahoma streets onto which she was being dumped."
Sheesh! Talk about Capitol Consequences!
β’ Her plea agreement here.
β’ Gina Bisignano pleaded guilty to six offenses, and DOJ and the defense agreed her sentencing guidelines range is 41-51 months.
β’ Thereβs also the critical cooperation component and a provision about potential witness protection.
President Joe Biden created the bipartisan commission in April to study proposals to reform the Supreme Court. Its membership consisted largely of law professors. The report stated there was βprofound disagreementβ among commissioners over adding justices to the Supreme Court.
Supporters of the idea that wanted reform βcontended that court expansion is necessary to address serious violations of norms governing the confirmation process and troubling developments in the Supreme Courtβs jurisprudence that they see as undermining the democratic system.β
βOpponents contended that expandingβor βpackingββthe court would significantly diminish its independence and legitimacy and establish a dangerous precedent that could be used by any future political force as a means of pressuring or intimidating the court.β
President of the American Bar Association said he applauds the work of the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States. The comprehensive report it has issued presents important context on the complex and critical issues surrounding the structure of the Court.
The Commission was tasked by President Joe Biden to provide an account of the current debate over the βrole and operation of the Supreme Court in our constitutional system,β and to analyze arguments for and against Supreme Court reform...An independent judiciary is necessary to ensure respect for the rule of law and confidence in our courts. The ABA remains committed to upholding the Constitution, the judicial process and equal justice under the law.
Could the Commission have done more or taken a stronger position with respect to term limits and or expansion and was that even possible given the Constitution?

Ever since the new routing system started at the beginning FY2021, my list of child cases that haven't been placed on my docket (PALM Beach report) has slowly grown. Right now I'm at 42 CON applications. Over the course of FY2021, it was something like a whopping 3 CONs that I received, despite having dozens available.
I realize that in the before-time, SPEs would push those cases over, and now we have the new routing AI it's done automatically. But since the start of FY2022, I've only seen a couple more. I've presumed that at SOME POINT the flow of child apps will be more regular, because their filing dates will be old enough as compared to other regular new apps.
Is everyone else experiencing this?
PS, every week I check the PALM Beach report to ensure that someone else hasn't received my CONs/CIPs... which I know is happening for some folks.
This doesn't feel right. I purchased a camera at Harvey Norman and picked it up today, but they said they'd email the invoice which they did, but shouldn't I still get a printed docket to use for warranty? I did ask at the counter but they said no that to check for the email . I had already paid for the item so it was only a pick up but still.
I am most familiar with PACER. What does everyone use for California state court docket search? I see a couple of different vendors.
Two things: Erika, in her taxes, filed the 25 million dollar loan from Girardi Kreese as a business expense. Therefore she did not owe any taxes because EJ Global's profits were far less than the expenses. Here's the thing: she has not paid a single dime of that loan So it should not have been listed as a business expense in the first place. At the very least, this is tax fraud. I know it has been said many times but remember, It was IRS that took down Al Capone- he made millions and on income that was never taxed.
Another thing, there are $300 million dollars in assets missing (correct me if I got the figure wrong, I know it was a ridiculously large amount). Apparently when Tom borrowed money from a litigation lender, he listed down assets that have now seemingly disappeared into thin air. When Erika was asked about said assets, the tone of her response was so hostile that it was obvious she was speaking through her lawyers. Cesie sums up her response as this - "you tell me what you think I have and I'll admit whether I have it or not." Almost daring the bankruptcy trustees to come after her because she wasn't going to give up anything without a fight. That's why the trustees believe a lot of assets are hidden away and they believe Tom started moving to hide those assets a year ago. Not disclosing assets in the bankruptcy filing is what put the nail in the coffin for Teresa and Joe Guidice.
I know the case has been referred to a prosecutor. I don't know though if they're waiting for some of the cases to conclude before taking action but for sure, liability is coming very very soon.

The entire docket is tracked here. From warrant to affidavit and any future orders. On there now are two things of note. Motion for order of Detainment and Motion to unseal which was approved Yesterday 9/23/21. Pretty interesting read. Some repeats but will be a central location to track court docs.
I finally started listening to the Girardi episode and now understand that Tom did in fact manage all of the money. And on paper nonetheless! Crazy! I have been in big business the majority of my career and I never understood how a CFO or accountant was not charged as co-defendant. Anyway, Cessie & Angela, I remember the thread where you first started taking about starting the podcast. Seeing it come to fruition has been awesome and I love listening!
Friends! Iβd love to tell you the audiobooks Iβve recently done and then ask for where you think I should go next.

I'm trying to add Nginx Proxy Manager into my homelab network setup now that I have a few years of running Pi-hole network wide and a Reverse Proxy on my NAS. I still have so much to learn.
What I'm trying to do is stop using the NAS as a Reverse Proxy and tighten up my network and firewall rules and I get to learn more about NGinx.
Here's my setup so far as I'm building it out:
Hardware/Software:
pr-1677
because of a modal bug on custom SSL certs that pr-1677
fixesNote: I put my Pi-hole on a Raspberry Pi along with a Backup Pi-hole on another Raspberry Pi just to give my self some hardware security. I don't want my network setup so that if my Synology goes down the entire network fails. If Nginx klonks out in docker on the NAS its only really local domains I lose easy access to.
Question: My understanding in I can put Nginx Proxy Manager on the other side of my Pi-hole and redirect securely with SSL/TLS to local services (Heimdall, Plex, Network Printers, Grafana, etc.). I'll still get all the benefits of Pi-hole and I'll also be able to lock down ports even more in my firewall.
Thing is I can' figure out where in Pi-hole I point to the local IP of NGinx to do this.
The map below shows my thinking on this. Is this right? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to both thank and curse whomever recommended The Bravo Docket podcast. I canβt stop listening. I will be bereft once I run out of episodes and need to wait for more.
Does anyone know if we can show the docket app as proof of vaccination at basketball games or do I need my physical vaccination card
