FINAL RESULTS

So. . . based off of what we know about the talents, and how each Ultimate's life is pretty much completely decided by and revolves around said talent. . . does anyone here think they would qualify for being an Ultimate?

A good example is myself. I looked at my life in a nutshell, and found 1 thing that seems to characterize who I am, and what I'm pretty much the best at. This may seems kinda disappointing, pun intended (sorry if you don't like puns, but I guess that just further proves my point), but mine is rather. . . on the less useful side of things. I've discovered that I am the Ultimate Disappointment.

Obviously, that doesn't sound too great, and trust me. . . it tends not to be. . . but I've noticed that I tend to disappoint everyone around me on a constant basis, including myself, without ever trying. Like, my capacity to accidentally disappoint everyone around me is baffling. And, yet, it perfectly matches with the way the talents work.

So, wanna know if anyone else thinks they have a talent. Are any of you potentially Ultimates, and if so, what are you the Ultimate of? Don't be scared to tell, because I doubt it could be as bad as. . . uh. . . Ultimate Disappointment, y'know?

Not only don't they actually contain the top voted comments, but it contains the EXACT same question and answer TWICE word for word.

Massive disappointment. (Pun intended)

In about a month I'm going to be riding down to the Sacramento area to attend a wedding. I live in the Seattle area, so my round trip is going to be just shy of 2000 miles.

My questions are

• Do I need to keep up with chain maintenance along the way (which would involve cleaning and lubing in the hotel parking lot each night) or can I get away with a good cleaning at the beginning and end?
• I have 2 jackets, a Firstgear Kathmandu (4 season, waterproof, meh ventilation) and a Klim Induction (mesh, what is waterproofing?) The last thing I want is to get caught in the rain wearing a mesh jacket, but the Kathmandu can get really hot if I'm in direct sunlight or not moving at highway speeds. I'm leaning towards getting a cheap rain jacket to keep on hand and going with the Induction, but I'd like to hear if anyone has a good reason not to.
• Once in CA, I'd like to try lane splitting if the opportunity arises. I haven't had much luck finding any legal peculiarities pertaining to it. Are there any weird legalities I should be aware of? Any advice on lane splitting is also welcome.
• Gas, gas, gas. Are there any stretches of either I-5 or US-101 with more than 150 miles between gas stations? I wouldn't think so, but my brother has cast some doubt on the matter.
• On the return trip, I'm taking US-101, any sights worth seeing along the way? I already plan to stop at Cape Disappointment to check out the lighthouse, and to annoy the park rangers with disappointing puns.
• Any other advice to give? I've only been riding for 9 months, and this is my first long trip. What's obvious to you may not be for me.

My discharge has been more... slimy... than usual, so that would lead me to believe that my mucus plug is starting to disintegrate. Possible indication of impending labour? Maybe? PLEASE???

A few days ago, a had great success with pooping... Now, not so much. Sorely disappointed (pun intended).

And, lastly, my poor face... My skin has been absolutely terrible for the past week or so. I've been getting breakouts on and under my chin, places that never used to break out... And they're not pop-able pimples, they're like blackheads, almost... :(

What is going on with my body?!

Which one game were you really excited to get and then, once you played it, the fun and the overall experience failed to live up to your expectations?

For me it's The Quest for El Dorado. Don't get me wrong, it's quite a fun game. However, I was really excited for the chaotic randomness of the board, the constant blocking of opponents, and the huge array of strategies to make progress and win. What I have experienced after half a dozen plays is acquiring the same cards from the market, repeatedly cycling through my deck to move spaces, and trying to get to the end first. That's it. I don't know what I was expecting but I was hoping for more variation for sure. The cave tiles help a bit but there aren't many of those. I can't explain it - I just had higher hopes for it and I felt it could be a 9/10 game for me when, in reality, it's a 6/10.

My biggest disappointment was a nash 63 p bass. Played horrible and sounds like garbage. Honestly. For 3000usd. The fgn p bass for 800usd blew it out of the water. Biggest surprise……not really a surprise but a 70’s jazz bass. Didn’t like the way it looked…..but man. That neck is as butter…what about you guys?
