My wife and I moved to RVA 6 months ago and love every bit of it. This sub Reddit has been a big help and a big source of community for me. Anywho, my wife makes coquito as a side hustle and is gonna be at the 17th street holiday market in the bottom today from 1-6! It’s being sold virgin, but there’s a variety of flavors and vegan options as well. We will be at Tia Mirtza’s Coquito stand if you swing by! I’ll be in a Homer Simpson holiday sweater. Coquito = Puerto rican eggnog made with coconut milk, with or without actual egg yolks...and rum!
Just curious if anyone here has had any particular success with making their own OR tasting really delicious Coquito and/or eggnog based around the rum in it. Let me know if anyone has any experience here!
