Is there a common ingredient between corn pasta and wheat flour? Something that's in there is affecting me.

Whether I eat things made from corn or wheat flour like bread, pasta, tortillas, I get diarrhea and bloating.

When I eat corn on the cob or corn starch however, I get no symptoms. So I'm thinking it has to be something that's added to corn or wheat flour during the processing. I doubt it's something in wheat flour because then I wouldn't get symptoms with corn flour products.

Is it common when wheat farming to literally run out of space within a decent distance of your spawn point to plant all of the seeds?

I managed to solve some of my problem by realizing you only need water every 4 blocks to hydrate farmland, but still it's hard. Even with a regular wheat farm, you may eventually get a lot of seeds (I'm talking 20+ stacks), let alone harvesting it with a fortune III tool.

Is boiled wheat common, or even widely "known" as a regular side dish option (just like we all boil rice and serve it along with fish and veggies for example) in America?

In France it has been popularized by a successful brand (in the eighties or nineties I think?). And nowadays in every supermarket next to the bags of rice and the pasta and the couscous, you can find bags of precooked entire grains of wheat. It's a really nice option for a "main carb" element of your dishes (instead of pasta, potatoes, rice, whatever), it's really good as a base for a salad too.

But I've seen some discussions about day-to-day diets and noticed it never comes up in anglophone online stuff. Here it's generally known as some slightly unusual variant to rice, that people cook maybe once a month just for variety's sake when they get bored of pasta. Is it much more obscure or even unheard of on the other side of the pond, in your experience?

I've started spending my common date wheat cents

I have a probably a couple hundred wheat cents with a mix of dates. Like any random handful of wheats, there are a ton of '40s and '50s and then a mix of P-mint earlier dates back into the teens. My usual orders at the local coffee shop are either $4.96 or $8.06. When I go, I take a common date wheat to spend and put back into circulation.

Am I crazy, or is this a fun way to potentially get someone else interested in coins? So far I've limited myself to '40s and '50s. No, I haven't spent a copper 1943.
