A list of puns related to "Ccp"
A post in GCJ satorizes the CDC by quoting Liberty Prime, a "tongue in cheek" over the top anti-communist robot. A heavily downvoted commenter agrees with the quote, criticizing communism. In the replies a user is worried about a tankie takeover of GCJ, to which the head mod says has already happened.

A user is upset with said claims and proceeds to make fun of the mod with their own text post, the result is a 500 comment thread filled with accusations and defense of tankies and the like.

Damn Enes is coming for everybody.
The vast overwhelming majority of us came to eve because of stories and events written by the players. We did not join and stay because of the stories you wrote.
The Ubiqua Seraph heist, The dissolution of BoB, The constant, unending nullsec wars of the past, B-R5RB.
When you try and lure new players with scripted, isolated stories of your own making, you slap us, them and the game in the face.
Stop trying to write eveβs story, and re-start building a universe ripe for player stories to unfold.
You picked DOCTOR WHO HAHAHAHAH
Expanse - Space related, has mining, hauling and faction warefare (mars-earth)
Firefly - Smugglers, could make events either hunting them down, or doing side job hauling to gain influence with this event entity for LP or something
Dune - Same shit, do missions for "spice" or something
Why in the FUCK did you pick doctor who, there isnt a SINGLE FUCKING PHONE BOOTH in Eve Online.
ITT - Link other TV shows/movies that a third grader could point to and say "wow thats like eve online"
Original post that started it all
People who were anti-CCP and speaking out about the Uyghur genocide (many of whom were also critical of the US) were being banned left and right with comments removed.
Another user makes a post discussing that /r/LateStageCapitalism is their favorite subreddit, but that the defense of China as a leftist utopia is unacceptable
OP was banned for that post and made an entire spin-off called /r/LateStageCapitalismV2 and lots of other users were banned as a result of that post as well apparently.
Specifically, their stance on instanced PvE, and why a lot of the player base despises it.
One of the points that stood out on the stream is that CCP said they are designing future PvE content with limiting possible engagement from other players in mind, because "people won't do stuff" if they get ganked all the time. So the things we've been seeing recently, like acceleration gates which lock if x people are already in the pocket are not mistakes or exceptions, but the future.
The fact is, EVE is a 18 year old game, it's core in-space mechanics are 18 years old and it will never be competitive with newer and more modern games from a "mechanical enjoyment" perspective. The primary point on which EVE can stay competitive is because it allows for more unrestricted player interactions than other MMO's. By choosing to prioritize instanced PvE over dynamic player interactions, CCP have thrown out the baby and kept the bathwater.
Every player running abyssals or some other future instanced PvE is a player who removes themselves from the sandbox, who is not a target for roamers, who does not need a corporation to provide support infrastructure/defense. The more that CCP pushes instanced PvE over sandbox PvE, the less that people will do sandbox PvE, and the less that people will go into hostile/neutral space to hunt them because there simply aren't targets. With the disappearance of rabbits comes the disappearance of foxes as well.
Understand why people play your game CCP, there are far, far better games than EVE for people looking for instanced PvE. Yes Abyssals require more APM and better fits than ratting, but 3 ratters in space are part of the PvE > Hunter > Defense ecosystem, 3 hawks in an abyssal are not.
Releases new Gas Harvestor mods for Barges - Forgets to seed shit for it
Releases new Doctor Who Content - Dont properly allocate an important resource for it
ITT Add more evidence that CCP either doesnt have a QA team or that they simply dont give a fuck
Credit to The Foodster for this awful piece of garbage that everyone will hate.
Don't worry, it's only temporary.

Title
Acts of sheer desperation like a Doctor Who tie-in event are indicative either of poor leadership or of a game on the absolute brink of insolvency. In the case of the latter, this event will solve nothing as it permanently cheapens the world of EVE and may be enough to bring many people (myself included) to finally win EVE. So all we have left is the hope that this decision (like so many others lately) is the result of bad leadership, a problem which can theoretically be rectified.
If we're at this stage when desperate measures are needed, let's go big and double down on what makes EVE great instead of pathetically chipping away at the legacy and dignity of EVE.
We tend to generalize and point our fingers to "the devs".
I just wanted to make sure that people who are just doing what they love - or whatever the Chief Degen Officer is telling them to do - are not taking this community's outage personally.
We appreciate all you do. The game looks nice, sounds nice, and operates with a relatively small number of generally noticeable bugs. Sure, it's not without flaws - but that's expected from a project this huge.
If you're a CCP employee that's outside of Product & Strategy departments - thank you, you're doing great, we all collectively appreciate you.
It just sucks that your colleagues-in-charge are braindead mongoloids whose long-terms interests don't align with ours :(
This latest stream did little to assuage that suspicion.
