Is there a specific type of boat that commercial fisherman used in this area of the world when fishing back in the day?
Chinese fishing boats are going to Africa, Vietnam, Philippines etc. This is clearly in violation of International laws. Do they not have fish around their own country? Can they not import fish?

He also gets to sleep with my wife occasionally".
