Anyone have recommendations on where to have sticky toffee pudding, arctic roll, roly-poly, Eton mess, etc. If I’m missing anything that should be worth trying, please let me know.

Every time I watch that show it makes me crave the delicious things they make. Some of the stuff is kind of regional though. What a great idea it would be for a bakery to make the items shown for the week. Anyone know of a place?

My favorite are 1 bowl chocolate chip cookies. It's just so easy, and melted butter means you don't have to deal with that.

2 1/4 cups of flour

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

2 sticks melted butter

2 cups chocolate chips.

Then throw them in the oven at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes depending on how big you made them.

Hi, new here, not a vegan. But my cousin is, and I want to make a dessert for a sunday afternoon tea.

Her allergens include:

1. All nuts

2. Coconut

3. Peanuts

4. Chickpeas

5. Bananas

6. Sesame seeds

I tried looking for a few things, but most ingredients are very foreign to me, or use some or other ingredient from list (even the subsitutions).

I am not too bad making desserts in general, so technically I would be fine with most.

I hope someone can throw me in the right direction!

"Puddings" only gets you things like sponge pudding. Not things like Eton Mess or Flummery.

Also, I really hope they have sorrel in Waitrose.

I would honestly say the UK has the best desserts in the world. Homely, stodgy and comforting - without being ultra rich or too fiddly to make.

But what's the best one? I'd lean towards Rhubarb Crumble, or Sticky Toffee Pud (even though it was invented in the 70s)
