I have a Toyota Mirai theoretically could I like add more power if I somehow added a oxygen tank to run with the hydrogen tank? I’ve heard the car works by combining hydrogen and oxygen to make electricity, and maybe that oxygen tank would make it so it doesn’t need to take in air from the outside therefore making it faster or give it more range? The car is amazing in every way ngl, the fueling stations have never been an issue for me as I use the website jusssst it’s o-60 is like 8 seconds. I am no scientist or car person I am just attempting to use my monkey brain to see if maybe there’s a way to make the car move faster or more efficient don’t even know if this is the right place to ask sorry I have not really posted on reddit before. The massive shockwave field thing does way too much damage to not cause the fuel cell to explode, killing me instantly. Am I doing something wrong or is my difficulty the issue? I’m on rainstrom but I don’t really want to play drizzle, because it feels kinda cheap idk why

My kid just got a fuel cell car kit that uses a small solar panel to generate hydrogen from a tank of water and then burns it in a fuel cell to make the car move. Why isn't this same technology being used to power houses/cars?
