A list of puns related to "Brown rat"
πΆWhy do they taste so good π΅
Platform(s):PC
Genre:It was in 2d person view and you had to do some parkour and kill enemies in your way. Action-adventure/platformer
Estimated year of release:2000s-early 2010s Definitely made before 2018.
Graphics/art style: 2d animated or pixelated. The colors were pretty simple nothing was to dark or to bright except maybe a few exceptions like certain levels or collectable items. The levels had different environments but I can't remember anything specific.
Notable characters: You play as a light brown mouse/rat in either a white or black tuxedo and maybe an fedora too. There is also this one girl character that keeps on getting captured by someone(s) in a giant flying vehicle and I specifically remember her getting captured in a net/cage at some point during a cutscene. The enemies you had to fight were also mice/rats and I think at some point robots as well.
Notable gameplay mechanics: Well you were capable of close range and far range attacks and could collect health and a few different power-ups like invincibility. You could interact with chest and certain doors.
Other details: I believe it was possible to change your outfit and that I personally just liked tuxedos so it's possible you may remember a completely different outfit than I do. I think there were both day/night levels. I also think there were other people that would help you on different stages of the game. This is all I can remember about the game so I hope it's enough to identify it. Thanks for reading and any new information would be greatly appreciated!
Does anyone know where to find a Brown Rat to photograph for the "Native Wildlife Survey #1" Job?
I was in elementary school when I saw this book at the book fair. I believe it was somewhere between 2005β2010. I donβt remember the author or the title but I sort of remember what one of the books looked like.
On the front was The Side view of the main character, a male brown rat running. He wore a green plaid suit and had a brown briefcase.
The spine and the back of the book looked like cheese underneath the writing.
Inside, some of the words were different colours and fonts. And I remembered the sentence similar to βran down the stairsβ and each word made it look like a staircase from the side.
I believe there was also a female character, either his sister or a love interest⦠No idea. And in a couple books I believe he had a niece or a nephew as well.
One of the books was an adventure to take back a stolen artefact of cheese or something along those lines?
Thatβs all I can remember at the moment. If any of you guys know what series this is From please let me know!
Solved solved solved in less than two hours! Huge thank you to everyone who helped find this mysterious childhood book haha. and of course to /u/toeprint for being a speedy Gonzalez with this one
It was the usual weird and wonderful dream, but this one 'scene' really stood out to me and I wonder what it could mean (if anything at all!).
In the dream, there were three rats (two brown, one white). The brown rats were aggressive - they were chewing at my fingers and jumping for my face. I was also afraid of the white rat until I noticed it was defending me from the brown rats. I remember feeling such gratitude for the white rat but was also guilty and overwhelmed that it would defend me for no obvious reason.
I began to help the white rat against the brown rats, because I was sad that it was getting bitten on my behalf. Then, out of nowhere, someone came from behind and threw a plastic bag over all three rats to catch them. The person with the bag didn't realise the white rat had been helping me and they didn't understand why I was devastated. I could hear the rat squeaking in the bag and knew it would probably suffocate. I started trying to get the white rat out of the bag but every time I tried, the brown rats would either snip at my fingers or would pull the white rat back down into the bag. They even used their tails to link onto the white rat, so when I was pulling it out, the brown rats were also freeing themselves from the bag. Eventually, the other person realised what I was trying to do, so they grabbed a container and helped me separate the rats. I remember feeling relieved that the white rat was free, but I also felt like I'd betrayed its trust for allowing it to be put into a plastic bag in the first place.
UPDATE: MY FRIEND FOUND SOMEONE TO TAKE THEM IN
Hiya! My friend who is in Indonesia has to rehome her pair of rats due to personal things, and they are on a time limit of until around early October[She will have to leave October 9th, but they should go home as early as possible and before October 6/7th]. Is anyone either able to take them in and provide a good home for them or knows someone who can? They have been looking for the past few weeks with no success, and there aren't any shelters that could take them in, so if they can't find a home they may have to >!euthanize!< them humanly [It's either that or they will be neglected badly in a less than ideal home. Also, there are a few personal things related to this so please don't harass them about this.].

... keep reading on reddit β‘Iβve had multiple black hamsters who went from being midnight black to a chestnut brown over their life span and was wondering if the same would happen to my rats
