Hey guys, I was gifted an Airfix f14 tomcat 1:72 for Xmas and after building this I’m officially hooked again and looking for my next project. I’ve found the Revell BAe Hawk T2 1:32 as I’m interested in the aircraft irl, however I’m unsure of what the quality of the moulds ect are like with revvel aircraft. I don’t suppose any of you guys have built one previously? Thanks in advance :)
MORO! THATS RIGHT NERDS! ITS THE #10TH DAILY JET THREAD! We have come a long way (mostly cause i have had ridiculous gaps on the posts) but we made it to #10! Thats two fucking numbers! We have done classics such as the Su-35, Su-25, Su-34 and others! But we keep on going!
Todays topic! BAE Systems Hawk. Its an advanced trainer jet what is really succsesful. Over 1000 sold or ordered! And check this. It is used by Finland! And hopefully i will fly one of these things some day. Finnish Midnight Hawks BAE Hawk. The Hawk is a British single engine aircraft. Now there is a literal fuckton of different versions so imma talk about the Hawk 50 what Finland uses becouse fuck everyone else. It has a speed of around 1000km/h flight ceiling of 15km and range of 3000km. It doesnt have too much possible weaponry but it has possible weaponry. 2567kg possible load to be exact. And when its full of weapons and fuel its weight is over double its empty weight. And i seriously hope i will fly one of these some day. Thats the daily jet thread. Kinda short one today.
