"I want to kill myself now. I'm such a loser ....Had a 244 days steak running very well and ruined it yesterday with a 30 seconds MO and now I feel horrible. I feel extreme anxiety, sadness, OCD, brain fog, weakness and the desire to literally kill myself...."
This person has no idea they've been transforming their lives for the last eight months... and instead all their 'benefits' are invested in their sperm-power-delusion. From one fap his whole life falls apart.
WHAT HAS HE BEEN DOING FOR THE LAST EIGHT MONTHS EXCEPT COUNTING THE DAYS AND IDOLIZING HIS SPERM?
Obviously not much. I want to help this guy. I have messaged him with a message much gentler and supportive than this one...

This guy wants to kill himself because he fapped one time in 8 months.
That's insane, lacks any kind of perspective...and shows he's developed no understanding that the little drained feeling after a fap that goes away in a few hours. Instead he has magnified that little feeling into something that makes him want to end his life!
This is a common outlook on this sub. It breaks my heart that these guys are making themselves so needlessly upset.
Do I need to say it again? EVERY TIME YOU SEE SOMEONE PROMOTING 'SEMEN RETENTION' IDEAS OR 'SUPERPOWERS' OR 'WET DREAMS ARE RELAPSES' OR 'DONT HAVE SEX WITH YOUR PARTNER' OR 'WOMEN CANT BENEFIT FROM NOFAP' THEN THAT PERSON'S IDEA NEEDS TO BE STAMPED OUT WITH LOGIC AND PUT IN ITS RIGHTFUL PLACE - IN THE REALM OF HARMFUL DELUSION.
If you see someone suffering because of this delusion then they need help with their perspective...their larger behavioral accomplishment needs to be brought to their attention
To me, using the above example at the top, this is why the semen retention delusion-fantasy is so harmful on this sub and needs to be counter-argued every time.
It will never be gone as an idea...because new people will always bring the misconception here into this sub... but collectively we can educate and support everyone effectively by showing them the error of 'semen retention' thinking

WoW Arena Logs (https://wowarenalogs.com) has recently just reached an exciting milestone of having helped the community analyze over 200k ranked arena matches! We're very proud of this achievement and would like to take the opportunity to thank all of you for the support and continuous feedback that helped make the tool useful.
For those of you who's hearing about WoW Arena Logs for the first time, here's a quick overview of the tool -
- We have both a desktop app and a website that can help analyze your arena matches. The desktop app can scan and process your WoW combat logs automatically while the website requires you to upload the log files yourself.
- The tool shows you important statistics around every player's damage, heals, kicks, and CC coverage etc, as well as detailed information about each player in the match. It also provides you death logs to help understand how a player died, and renders curve charts of damage/heals of each player to visualize how coordinated your setups are and how fast you respond to enemies bursts.
- On top of that, the tool has a full replay capability that can allow you to see the positioning of players, cooldown usage, and all events throughout the entire match to help you break down exactly what happened.
It's been a while since we last posted in this sub but our work on improving the tool has never stopped. If you have good ideas for the tool, please don't hesitate to hop into our community for a chat!

I've got 98 kudos on my main fic, and I've only just posted two chapters as of yet! I literally don't even know why I'm posting this but it feels really good lol.
