280 (number) Puns

As you may have noticed, there are a lot of very low quality "pro-monero" comments being posted all over crypto reddit recently. We've done a lot of work to clean up our subreddit network and prevent future spam, but the attack is ongoing and you may see it elsewhere. My personal opinion at this time is that monero is not behind this attack

We do a lot of behind the scenes work to keep things clean and handle manipulation privately so the attackers do not learn our methods and evade them, but in certain cases like this one I believe it is good to show people what to look out for. If you are interested in this topic, SmarterEveryDay did a good series about manipulation on social media. There are videos for YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. Reddit was not included but it does face very similar challenges as outlined by the admins here.

###History About a week after the attack began, I wrote up a report on March 15th here with many examples of these spam accounts. I was contacted by mods of some affected subs asking for help, offering to collaborate, or expressing anger and worry that their mod team would be overwhelmed and quit. A few just banned crypto or monero mentions outright, which may very well be the intent of the attack.

###Latest info The spammers have recently started adapting to avoid filters (eg. Xm_o.n.e.r.os) and are spamming more than ever. My bot banned about 45 of these accounts in the past day alone. They are also targeting more subs over time. From what I can tell, only about 7 of these accounts have been suspended (under 2%) even though I reported 113 of them weeks ago. I have reached out to the admins again today with this post

As leaks of the newest chapter have been released (Don't worry, I won't try spoil any of it if you are worried), I have come to a theory that MIGHT explain the reason behind why we see Devil's with more than one set of horns.

To start off, the newest Devils that are seen, who have a great design (in my opinion) might I add, seem to have a very different set of horns. Each have one large, normally sized horn on their mask(?) and one smaller horn one their head. I do believe that in the future, because of their unique design and the appear to be twins, that they MAYBE will fuse into one, more powerful Devil. This is where my theory comes in. As we know, Nacht mentions that ten Devil's are needed to open the gates of the Underworld, and the Devil's get stronger the deeper they go. He also mentioned, as the Twin Devil's first appeared, that they are "top class Devils". So, wouldn't it make sense that the ten Devil's, including the Twin Devils, are the Highest class of Devils?

Now, if the Twins do fuse together to become a stronger, single Devil, I believe that they will form a Devil with TWO sets of horns; one that is normal, another subset that is smaller. The smaller set represents the Devil's rank, while the larger one is neutral. I feel as if the reason that the Twins never go into their "True" form, is because that they want to have "interesting" fights, since both mentioned that when they attacked Nacht and Jack it was interesting, to experience separately, since if they were fused together, and experience the fight the same way the other one does. So that might explain the reason behind their separation.

My next example is Dante. Dante and Lucifer both have been seen with two sets of horns/wegs, Dante whenever he uses more than 80% of Lucifero's power, and Lucifero when Dante confronted him to ask if he knew who Liebe was. Of course, it would make sense that Lucifero has a second set of horns if my theory is true, considering that he is the strongest Devil in the Underworld. However, now comes a more complex example.

Asta and Liebe. Now I know that, if you have read my previous theories, I tend to include Asta a lot, but he was the first one shown to use Weg and Liebe's power to get into his Black Asta form and seen using it the most throughout the series, so he shows evidence that can add to this theory. Western Front, before the Hydra's arrival.

Emperor Ose and Archangel Uriel furiously battle one another. Their fists and feet collide with thunderous shockwaves, forcing a wide berth of empty space around themselves. Still morphed into her electrical Ultraform, Ose's attacks rain down relentlessly upon Uriel. The Archangel protects herself with earthen armor while summoning Holy Energy to attack the Emperor of Infiltration.

This white-haired Emperor has grown more domineering in the last six years, Uriel thinks as she swings a holy-energy-spear like a hammer toward Ose's chest. Ose flickers backward into the sky, causing Uriel's attack to miss. Last time we fought, I did not come up nearly as short as I have today.

Uriel motions with her hand. She tears off dozens of armored plates from a nearby Planet-walker via Barbatos's magnetism, stripping one of its humongous legs bare. Then, she compresses those shards into thin but dense metal needles and sends them to chase after Ose, aiming to skewer the Emperor to death.

Just as the needles rush toward Ose's back, her eyes flash with electrical energy. She swings her palm backward and fires a bolt of lightning into the center of the needle cluster, which explodes, causing the needles to lose their momentum and plummet to the ground.

Mmm? Uriel grunts, startled. Dost mine eyes deceive me? Ose broke Barbatos's magnetism with that attack. T'was no casual move!

A moment later, Ose cackles. She continues circling Uriel like a bird of prey, looking for an opening. "Foolish Archangel! Do you think I'll lie down and accept

Uriel doesn't reply. She sends a telepathic command to her four Constructs, expertly commanding them to launch a flurry of attacks on the thundering Emperor soaring through the skies. The Cube spins rapidly, trying to drag Ose downward via gravity manipulation, while the two angel-shaped golems attack her from the front and back.
